On Saturday was worst day I have ever experienced at Indio my friend and I witnessed 3 carload of people park take last spots available, get out and go directly to pool...they were not guest or members it was obvious that day was out of hand . Paying guests and members had to endure crowded pool area, long line for lazy River and not a table or chair available this is NOT WHAT I EXPECT ON MY VACATION it's happening and something needs to be done!

People coming into tesort not staying there and taking over pool, lazy River and tables and chairs!

The hotel was very nice, but very dark.. who does the lighting ? I had all the lights on and it still felt like a dark motel.. Lighting is very important, it helps set you mood both day and night... One of the first things you do in the morning is slide open the curtains if it's cloudy your down if it's bright and Sunny your ready for a great time ... My stay was very disappointing but that was because of the weather not the hotel !!!

I would have enjoyed the pool but it was closed due to the weather!! I celebrateed my B-Day in Palm Springs on April and we had Strong winds and some light rain it was the same story for May !! I'll be kicking back for a couple of months, it was a let down and not cheap!!

The amenities where amazing. You have 2 pools, 2 kiddie pools, the lazy river , and hot tubs. The game room was fun and it includes a movie room.

After the original checking in, I had 2 go to another agent named Breanna who said I had to get the wristlet to go in and out of the parking lot, and that was not true. They stopped working day 2 and all I needed was my room key! If you want people to take a tour and buy a timeshare, have your agents be honest from the start. Why would I invest my time and buy something from a dishonest rep....no thanks!

The rooms were spacious and everything was well kept! I Love having access to a store and a place to grab something to eat. The Lazy River was Great, that's where myself & family spent most of our time!

The couch in the living room area was a bit uncomfortable, it was hard and brick-like to sit and lay down on. Also, I was disappointed the Staff wasn't able to accommodate my wishes with having all of the rooms close to my family members. I only had 3 rooms, 1 for myself and 2 for family.

I loved the facilities and all the amenities however every morning I was awakened by loud banging noises, and spraying of water around 7:30 or 8 am right by the bedroom window at one time I thought something was overflowing in the room, I did not appreciate that, my room was on the ground floor. This was my first time staying at this location, I did appreciate the friendliness of the staff, especially the concierge

I loved that it felt like an apartment — super cozy and family-friendly. The full kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, spacious layout, and clean bathrooms were all amazing. My kids loved the pools, arcade, theater room, and crafts. I also enjoyed the on-site Starbucks, café, shopping center, and gym. So much to do for both kids and adults!

The Wi-Fi was very weak during our stay. It’s especially frustrating since it’s not included as a free amenity — I hope this gets improved soon.

We spent three days at this hotel.Check-in was fast and convenient. We booked a two-room suite for four people, two adults, two children. The extra bed in the living room turned out to be very comfortable, each family member got a personal place to rest. The room had everything you need, which made us very happy. Sufficient number of towels, convenient shelves in the shower. Variety of dishes. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The territory of the hotel also left a delight, there is where to walk, admire the thoughtful and beautiful landscape, the territory is very well-groomed and clean. The children were happy with the variety of pools and children's entertainment. It was the presence of children's entertainment that was the fundamental factor in choosing this hotel. The staff is friendly and always ready to answer your questions. I am sure that we will return to this wonderful hotel. We also really liked the check-out from the hotel, a day before we received a message on the phone with instructions for departure. On the day of departure, our check-out was very comfortable and fast. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

It’s in a very nice secure area. Down the street there is a market, restaurant, fast food etc. It’s in a good spot. The pools are so nice especially the lazy river . The staff was very accommodating and friendly . The view from our room was beautiful. I love that it had a kitchen we were able to cook!

Just the elevator was terrifying. It would shake really bad and then it took a long time for it to come up. When it would get to the floor we needed to get off at it would jerk and it was unpleasant.

The customer service was excellent. all of our questions answered with a smile, which is very welcoming in today's world. We plan on returning this year before it gets cold. I'm looking forward to that Lazy River.

We decided on your resort due to the Lazy River availability. Only to be disappointed that it was closed for rehab, the pools were extremely busy, full of kids, and very noisy. We attempted to utilize the but it was just too much and decided to get out after being splashed numerous times.

The facility was absolutely gorgeous and pristine, I Loved that each room overlooked the Lake, so we all had lake views. The rooms were very nice, clean and well laid out and I like that there was actually enough sleeping area (Murphy Bed) for additional persons. My kids Loved it and are looking forward to coming back!

Check-In time is too late in the afternoon (4pm) and Check-Out time is MUCH TOO early (10am)!! That's actually not fair to the customers because we are losing out on time (approx. 6 hours) that we paid for?
