Excellent location, very close to Los Angeles city centre by Uber - $8-10 or so ride. Very clean. Comfortable. Effective air conditioning. Excellent value. Very nice shower!

This is by no means the fault of the hotel but there is sadly some deprivation and homelessness in Los Angeles, common to so many places in the USA, and can be very sad to see. We had no issues walking past homeless tents etc, but although relatively close to the Downtown area, you may prefer to get an Uber rather than walking into city centre - quite a lot of shelters under the freeway bridge.

It is clean and well maintained. Staff present and accommodating. The location to tourist spots are closeby (depending the traffic of course).

It is old and sound proofing is not so good anymore. You can hear what your neighbors are doing, if you're a light sleeper this may not be your favorite. Otherwise, it is clean and well maintained everyday. Staff are always present and accommodating.

Really responsive staff, (Rodrigo was nice.) We were in a room set back from the street, so traffic noise was not bad. Great shops and restaurants nearby. Neighborhood seemed safe to me, and people in the restaurant one block away ("Margarita" was recommended to us, and I recommend it too, for excellent food) were quite nice; and a local Korean tiny everything-you-need store had a very nice man at the cash-register. There is a large Ross Dress for Less just two buildings away. I loved at the motel that there was ample free parking; and there were plants in the narrow strip between the parking pavement and our rooms. There was a two-stories tall Papaya tree growing just outside our room! And low-growing mint plants.

There were no bedside lamps. (But there was excellent overhead lighting.)

Clean spacious room, regular housekeeping. Air con, TV, hot shower, safe, fridge – all work as expected. Good location for LA Downtown.

Check-in process could be improved, had to wait ~40 mins for the four people before me to check in. Seems slow and inefficient. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room and reception.

Room five is my favorite room, It was close to parking and easy to get to. The room was super clean and the water pressure was great. AC worked perfectly. Maid service every day was great. I can't wait for next year.

The ice machine was broken. The bed frame was too big for the bed, The fridge did not seal correctly. two bulbs over the sink were out. and one of the shower handles was broken. there were no places to set my bags on. The door seal was bad, bugs, spiders, and no flies thank god. Some Tape on the outside bathroom window needs to be removed. A welcome mat inside would be nice, especially after outside walks were hosed down.

Just don’t like that area , most people only speak Mexican.

The workers at the reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was close to downtown LA at a good rate.

There was a lot of noise outside the room. There were no bedside lamps.

Good deal on a nice motel that's walking distance from the LA Convention center. Room was very quiet except for the laundry truck beeping early in the morning. I had a late arrival and a friendly staffer quickly checked me in.

Not an upscale area like the hotels that cost 3 or 4 times more. Room somewhat basic, and limited amenities: a Coke machine, an internet-connected printer. Sign said Wifi available - I didn't check it.

The staff was nice, the room is very spacious !

I wish they had bar soaps ! Also I didn’t have hot water in my shower . Besides that everything was good!

The location was great and my room was being cleaned everyday. I was afraid it was going to be noisy but no problem at all!
