Really new/clean room; very happy with breakfast; really happy with breakfast staff (super friendly). Pool is as great; gym was good.

The required $45/day valet parking was a bit much. I understand that they have a right to charge for parking but $45 is price gouging by any standard, and it was not in the my room estimate on Booking.com (should have been included in the estimate).

Check-in is easy and fast. We were allowed for an early check-in. Front desk staff and the sucurity personnel were very professional and helpful. Location is GREAT! Walking distance or 1 city block away to metro station and hollywood avenue where the hollywood stars or walk of fame were located. No UBER driver picked our ride request to Universal Studios on that day. Maybe traffic is very heavy on that day, rush hour early in the morning, considering that we are not the only one who wants to go there and catch the rope drop time. However inspite of not able to use Uber and since metro station is just near we use the metro train and arrived in Universal City station in just one stop. There’s a free Universal Studio shuttle just across the street when you go out from the train station. Rope dropping was successful and we were able to experience all the rides in US. It is very clean everywhere in the hotel.

No late check-out but they will store/keep your luggage for a fee. Microwave oven is in the lobby store.

The hotel staff who helped me was very friendly. I had reserved a couple of room together. The staff were able to give me two of the 3 rooms next to each other. Everything was very clean in the hotel and the room. The staffs at breakfast were excellent! They were friendly, helpful and even gave us a few breakfast items to take home with us. The breakfast bar was awesome. They had eggs, sausages, potatoes, cereals, fruits, cinnamon rolls. This was our second time staying here. We chose this location because it offers free continental breakfast, it's not far from Universal Studio (8-10 min drive) and it was walking distance (10 min walk) to Hollywood Walk of Fame.

What I did not like about this hotel is that it's right by a very busy street. Coming off from the freeway to the hotel is easy but getting out and trying to make a left turn is not easy. We had to make a right turn then move to the far left to make a left turn and turn back to get on the freeway or Universal Studio. Being that the streets were so busy, and we were so tired from a day at Universal Studios, we didn't want to find a restaurant to eat in with cranky kids, we came back to the hotel and tried to order food in. There were not enough restaurants close by that are easy for family to order from. We ended up getting food from TGIF. The options were so limited half of us did not even order anything. Even with this situation, I still would recommend the hotel.

The rooms were very spacious. The location was amazing. Just a few minutes walk to the walk of fame. The breakfast options were good. We especially enjoyed their fresh cinnemon buns everyday. They were very similar to cinnabons. The staff at the breakfast were very helpful. They have a microwave on the reception floor which can easily be used to reheat your food.

If we want to get housekeeping done, we have to inform the front desk before 11 am. Otherwise, no cleaning would be done. Once we called around 11.30 am and they refused to accommodate it.

- The room is clean and spacious. - Some nice accommodations within the room, such as using a thick plastic cup so holding a hot tea wouldn't be a problem, many USB and power sockets and powerful air conditioner. - The breakfast hall is clean, well-presented, food was being refilled quickly and dedicated staff were there to assist - Less to 10 mins walk to the Hollywood walk of frame.

- Pricey. - The standard room cleaning is once every 5 days or upon request. Yes we did ask for a daily cleanup but it was inconvenient and uncomfortable. to justify the high price tag, you need to provide daily room cleaning without having the guest to request and being asked why we needed a daily room cleaning.

I was very impressed with the friendly staff, Maria in the breakfast room was nice and very attentive to everyone’s needs!!! The whole hotel was very clean, the room smelled very fresh and clean when we walked as well as the hallways!! We loved the whole experience and will definitely be back the next time we are in Hollywood 🎬🎤🎞️⭐️ I was a little worried because of some of the reviews I read, but some people are just complainers, as we were very happy with our entire stay!

The only thing I have to complain about is that there was no microwave in our room, but we only stayed one night, if we stayed longer it would’ve been nice to have one!!

Breakfast was good. Lots of selections, we stay 3 nights and they had something diferent every day. Veronica in the breakfast room was always welcoming with a smile every morning.

Really bad customer service at the front desk rude and not willing to answer questions or concerns I had with the fridge making weird loud noises. Parking was extra $49.99 per day I didn't know that. Valet Parking customer service was bad, no nice making me feel uncomfortable.

Really nice. Breakfast was impressive. Rooms quiet and well furnished. Staff friendly.

Location is terrible. Homeless encampments right outside of people doing drugs right out in the open. The walk to the main Hollywood strip is right through this mess. Eateries across the street were sketchy, lots of check cashing and Asian massage parlors in this area. Hard to access, because the road is so busy around a blind curve.

The hotel has valet parking, breakfast was good, and dining room staff was super nice and helpful. I had my 87-year-old grandma, an 8 year old, and an 8 month old baby. Staff helped me out by hanging out napkins to my family and asking if we needed anything else. 10+ to Veronica and Marietta

Parking is not included with your booking. Bathroom mirror was not cleaned properly. I clean houses for a leaving and for someone like me it's really hard not to notice when something is not properly cleaned.

A good selection of breakfast options available. Everything tasted fresh. Location was great for what we wanted. We could walk to the Walk of Fame. Very quick drive to Universal and Warner Bros. About 30 minutes to Santa Monica. About an hour to Disneyland and LAX. The room was a great size. We had a room with two queen beds and had a lot of space. While we waited for an Uber back to the airport a suspicious looking man was near us and the Receptionist and the Security guard came out to stay with us until our Uber arrived, we didn't even notice the man ourselves but are very grateful to the staff who protected us.
