The big rooms, with even bigger bathrooms. The lobby. The proximity to Crypto arena and shops. The fast and numerous lifts.

The restaurant. The service was non-existent and the food was very average for the price being charged.

The location was great! A short lift ride to old town, BMO stadium, Santa Monica & Venice beaches. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The only negative was the food which was pretty awful and extremely overpriced as were the drinks.

The hotel is very beautiful; our room was very big, the shower was amazing. We did not try any food or amenities in the hotel unfortunately, but we hung out in the lobby at the bar and the bartender was very professional.

The check-in process was very slow; there were only 2 people at the desk so we waited in line for a while. When our turn finally came, the person at the counter was flat face, no smile, no apology for the wait, did not offer us any water or drink while waiting. She was not friendly at all. Also, they only have valet parking at the property which was very expensive $60/night! They have parking lots across the street that are $50/overnight so still very pricey!

It had a unique decor, not just the same old beige everywhere. The restaurant was a good one. The first morning I heard drilling at 9 AM, which is OK for a lot of people but too early for me so they moved me to another room which was really nice, and then upgrade at that.

There was one day that I came back a little too early ~2:08 pm and they had not cleaned our room, so I made lot of effort to get it cleaned. I tried to leave again on time so they can get to it. I made 7-8 calls or contacts (called 3 times on the room phone, which seemed to not be working, talked to a couple of the housekeepers, but they were not assigned to my room so that’s fine, then call a couple of times on my cell phone), left again, and they had not cleaned it again. The person I spoke to the first time got the housekeeper schedule wrong so I didn’t rush back out the door the first time, even though I could have. So later I was informed that the housekeepers left. It was kind of upsetting, but they did bring me some towels, and that did help.

Beautiful decor, nice-sized room, clean, room was pretty quiet despite being across from the bar / lounge! Loved the fireplace in the lounge. Great location near Crypto arena, friendly staff, healthy snacks in the self-serve lobby snack area.

Public spaces were way too cold for winter weather. Heater in our room made interesting noises all night - whistling, gurgling, knocking. Dinner in restaurant way too salty. Bathroom lighting did not fall in right spots for styling my hair or putting on makeup, weakest hotel hair dryer I ever used. Bed was too hard for us - others like the harder mattress.

Liked the security of the lift, using the key cards. The swimming pool was heated and clean. Housekeeping was excellent and made up beds and towels daily. Hotel had a lovely view and rooms were decent bathroom more so. It was big and clean, well stocked. Close to la live and a lot of restaurants.

Valet was costly $59 per day plus vat but did good job. Food and snacks were pricey with a water bottle costing $10. Beds were comfortable but distressed unsure if this what they were going for.

great location close to the freeway. Easy access in and out of property . Safe clean neighborhood. Perfect place to stay for an event at BMO stadium.

A little disappointed that a room was not available when we tried to check in a few hours early, but that is understandable and we knew it was a possibility. We did arrive around 11:30am for a 4 pm check in. A room was ultimately available by 2:30pm but by that time we were already at BMO for a concert that evening.

The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were gorgeous!

No self parking. I had to park across the street which didn’t look safe.

Breakfast was delicious although when I booked it said Beeakfast included, and I only got 60 USD for the whole family (4 people) and is 30 to 40 USD more of charge.

The Hotel in general is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. We love the location! You are pretty much in the middle of everything when you're visiting for Sightseeing. It is our favourite hotel in L.A.

It was our third stay within a couple of years and unfortunately the interior of the rooms already looks worn down. Also the faucet temperature regulation did not work well. Water was either ice cold or really hot. Took a while to get it mixed well.
