The apartment was exactly like the pictures and had every amenity that was listed on the advert. The staff were wonderful and security was excellent.

The location itself feels a bit dangerous for a solo female traveller at night.

Feels like home in another city. The space is tidy and nice. Amenities are excellent! There has stove, dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer in the room. No oven, but there is a microwave in the common lounge area. There is also a yoga room. I didn’t check out the gym or shared work space. Locker room is small, but I managed to find a free locker space to store my luggage. The mattress is very comfy, soft like marshmallows. Sofa is nice. Did not make it into a bed, so not sure how comfortable that would be. Whole foods, few nice eateries and bars nearby. Near to Central library, which is great place to do some readings. Loved the area, have the Blade Runner vibes.

The row where the building is located, is a little sketchy and deserted during the night, as many shops had closed. Just head towards Olive st and onwards, then things become more livelier and less sketchy. Day time is back to normal, but still be alert. And beware not to walk into Skid Row area.

The “room” was more of an apartment with a master bedroom/living room/kitchen as well as two separate bathrooms, an office/guest bedroom and a lounge/guest bedroom. There is even a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The entire living unit was beautifully furnished, kitchen and bathrooms were very modern and the bed was comfortable.

The neighbourhood is not good, lots of crazy people and homeless. It has the best possible connection to the trains though so you get everywhere pretty fast by train.

It was surprisingly spacious than I thought and it was nice. The bed was nice and I was able to sleep comfortably. It was very clean and had a large refrigerator, toaster, and everything I needed in the kitchen, which was nice. Best of all, there were two more rooms, so four people could share and sleep comfortably.

There were only two inconveniences. First, the noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep. The windows were very large and there were many of them, and the background was beautiful, but it was very noisy because it wasn't soundproofed. And it was a bit scary because of the drugs and drunk people around the hotel.

The location was perfect if you are into tthe night life. Plenty of restaurants in the area with many different cuisines. Parking was close if you are driving in your own vehicle. They really though of everything as well. Provided ear plugs for those of us who dont enjoy the background noise of the area and a sound machine as well. The balcony was enjoyed for a nice outdoor time without going street level. The appliances were super clean and was nice to not have to go out to eat if we did not want to . THe staff was incredibly friendly. I was traveling with 2 teen girls and they enjoyed the location just as much as I did.

Staying in LA was not my first option but even though the outside was not as nice the inside made up for it!! We plan to stay again soon!!

I recently had the most wonderful stay at this hotel, and everything about the experience was simply magnificent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly reception, setting the tone for an unforgettable visit. The real highlight of my stay, however, was the amazing security officer, Demil. Demil was absolutely incredible! He not only made me feel completely safe and at ease during my stay, but his vibrant energy added such a positive vibe to the entire hotel. His presence was reassuring, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about the guests. Thanks to Demil, I felt like I could fully relax and enjoy everything the hotel had to offer. What really stood out were the fantastic recommendations Demil provided, helping me make the most of my time. His enthusiasm and knowledge truly enhanced my experience. It’s rare to meet someone with such a natural ability to make people feel good, and I can confidently say that Demil played a huge role in making my stay as special as it was. If you’re looking for a place where you can feel safe, relaxed, and surrounded by great energy, this hotel is the perfect choice – and Demil is a big part of why that’s the case!

We stay for 3nights and its great. The location, its at DTLA and close to any public transport and many restaurants also a big supermarket. It’s new but well prepared property as well. In my room it’s all complete with the spacious room (eventhough the bedroom was so tiny), living room was cozy and big, complete cooking utensils, big fridge, dishwashers, laudry machine inside each room. Parking lot behind the building it cost $10 pernight, please not to overtime because they’ll cost you double.

Nothing. But at first the old building ambience still there (especially at the elevator, please mind of its maintenance) eventhough all access was completely renovated.

We had a great stay, really. The hotel is well located in downtown LA, at foot distance to the central market and the broad and arts museums. The rooms are recently renovated and very clean. Beds are confortable and shower has godd temperature & pressure. There is availability of many kitchen appliances, which allowed us to make some of our own breakfast/dinner. There are also good restaurants, cafes, supermarkets nearby.

There are many homeless people wondering about the area @day & night. But they did not bother us at all. Public parking is available nearby and it is costly.

The space is very big and cozy! The location in downtown was great, it also had a payed parking which wasn’t expensive right next to the hotel. Very good place! I’ll book it again!

Everything was great!

We really loved the quality of the accommodation- the space, the fit out, the comfort. We could easily stay there for a year!
