Property was recently refurbished. Staff responded quickly to fire alarm and request to show us how the coffee maker worked.

All towels were removed, even when we hung them up to reuse. Only bath towels were replaced. Cleaning staff had no English whatsoever. Quite an edgy neighbourhood.

The accomodation was great. Rooms were clean and the kitchen and lounge room were roomy and comfortable to use. The staff at the location were very friendly and welcoming.

The room though nice was noisy from the street noise and cars. The windows were not insulated enough to reduce this noise. Other than that we had some issues around checkin time as we landed in LA on the am.

Location and room were excellent. Located in DTLA, easy walking access to public parking and transportation. Short walking distance to eateries, and groceries.

Check-in process seemed a bit complex, not what I am used to, could just be that due to the holidays I was not checking my email, or was too busy to respond.

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment . Location was good for what we required. Very spotless clean apartment,comfy bed in main room.

That a microwave isn’t readily available in the room but available if you ask. Our friends in 2nd bedroom not happy said bed was uncomfortable for them and the lighting didn’t work except for lamp which seemed to work intermittently. Did report to front desk but problem not solved before we left.

The room is clean and spacious!! You have everything in hand for a lovely stay. Clean sheets and towels

The water that runs from the shower is weak

I loved the minimalistic interior design, the cleanliness and its great location. I also loved, the view from my room. I had the typical American street view just something like out of the movie.

The bathroom had ceiling mounted shower head. I prefer having the regular one on flexible water pipe, which I can adjust

Beautiful room! I was so impressed with the size of the space as well as how clean everything was. I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back here.

I would have liked a shower door. The way the shower is, water got everywhere.

WONDERFUL STAFF AND A LARGE MODERN APARTMENT WHICH HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A RELAXING STAY.

NOISY GUESTS IN UPSTAIRS APARTMENT. DOWNTOWN LA HAS A BIG HOMELESS PROBLEM.

To bad there was no Breakfast being offered.

The hotel went above and beyond to set a special surprise for my sister's birthday! We opened the door to balloons, flowers, banners, petals, candles and snacks! She was so happy and surprised. It made the start of our stay amazing. The staff were lovely and kind throughout our stay. The room was super clean and had everything we needed. Couldn't ask for more.

The hotel itself is lovely but the location is less than desirable.
