The condo rooms are at a great value for the price. A full apartment as opposed to just an hotel room.

Paid parking, we parked on the street but there are huge rats outside the property next to the one homeless encampment. But this is LA, unfortunately homelessness is huge issue.

This hotel was very lowkey and nice, and the gentleman who checked me in at 1:30AM due to my flight being delayed was extremely kind and welcoming. The location was really convenient if you're in town for Kpop stuff. The galleria mall is right across the street, and then down a little ways more is the plaza mall. As well as restaurants and other kpop stores. All in walking distance. As for the room - I know this feature might not mean much for some people, but for me - I was thrilled. The bathroom had an extendable showerhead!!! I'm autistic and sensory-wise, I never feel clean with just a fixed overhead showerhead so this was a major MAJOR plus for me! Huge flat screen smart TV so I could watch my comfort show Bob's Burgers on Hulu. Complimentary bottle of water was in the cute little vintage fridge, and I believe the gentleman who checked me in said that housekeeping would replace it for you if you drink it. The bed was also really comfortable. All in all, the room was very nice and cozy. Location was convenient and the staff I encountered were kind! I recommend it for sure.

When I arrived at the hotel, it was 1:30AM in the morning. What I'm about to share isn't exactly the hotel's fault, but yikes. So it was late at night, I'm a younger girl all by myself and my uber dropped me off at the front of the building and left. Well, as I'm walking to the entrance doors, there are paper signs taped to the glass saying to enter in the back entrance. I had to walk around the entire building by myself at night with my luggage and everything, to get inside. Like I said, not exactly the hotel's fault but I kinda think having a front entrance is important?

The apartment was nice and new and very clean. There is a small supermarket close to the hotel and a lot of busses. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again for a few days.

The security deposit is still not returned after five days. There is also no mention of the name everywhere, everything has the name hotel rotex on it, which is weird. The neighborhood is okay, but you don’t want to go out alone at night. We booked for five people, so we had a sofa to sleep on, but we got no bedding for the sofa.

This older Korean run hotel was spotless and well managed. The front desk did a good job in trying to answer all our questions. If you are on public transportation, there's a bus that you can take downtown that takes around 20-30 minutes. (The metro also goes downtown, but it takes 18-20 minutes to walk to the station.) This was importat to us since we were mainly here for a conference. It's also an easy walk to Koreatown where there are many good restaurants.

The shower was a little bit under pressure. There could have been more amenities in the room.

I don’t like how there wasn’t any security at the entrance parking lot. We walked to a close by restaurant for dinner. When we walked back to the hotel, there was a park car by the front entrance with bunch of guys (probably drug dealers) howling at a couple of ladies (which I believe that were also guests at the same hotel). We had to walk past the park car to get to the entrance. They were howling at me too while I was with my partner. We picked up our speed to get to the front. This area is so unsafe to walk at night or by yourself. Please considering the safety of your guests by hiring some securities.

I like the room I got. It is very nice and I had a great time. The location is very nice and I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. It was a lot of fun to be there.

I don't have any complaints except one. My period started in the middle of the night. I went downstairs to ask for pads but they didn't have any so I had to use other means until it was morning and the stores were open. Still I had a good time at the hotel.

The bed was superb! It comfortably fit 2 people and was just the right amount of firmness/softness. The place was also very centrally located if you wanted to explore Hollywood and other surrounding areas

The room was clean but the carpets could use replacement as they seem to have underwent wear and tear that comes with use and passing of time. Not entirely sure how easy would it be to commute if I did not have a vehicle.

The Hotel is an old hotel with a lot of outdated features but nothing bothered me since the room was spotlessly clean, value was great and location was a killer. I personally don't mind the "oldness" of hotels as long as they do a good job of maintaining and keeping it clean. This hotel exceeded my expectation and I'll be coming here again next time I come down to LA.

The room was relatively well maintained and had an excellent shower and view of the city below. The beds and trash service were kept up well and the restaurant downstairs made for an excellent dinner spot.

There was no ice machine on our floor so in order to get some one had to travel to a lower floor. On top of that due to being a small facility there wasn't much to do at the hotel which is fine as long as you know that going in.

It was good area. Very friendly was quiet. I think they were still remodeling some areas.

Once we got to the hotel we paid valet parking 15. Per night. And we had to put a $200 deposit for the room. When we got to the room there was no water in bottle to drink. So I had to go to the front office to ask they said only one bottle of water per room. I had two beds which it's for 4 people. I had to pay for more $1each. I think should have more water in the rooms for the people staying.
