Location is great, easy to get everywhere as super close to a main metro station, staff were super helpful, room had everything needed, lobby was downstairs was lovely, rooms were clean

We were charged 100 dollars per night deposit which wasn’t told until the day before we arrived when it was pretty much too late to do anything, we stayed for 5 nights so had to pay 500 dollars which is pretty steep I know you get it back as long as you don’t damage anything which is fair but it does take a couple of days and I just think you should be told about this when booking Shower had no frosted glass or privacy curtain so could see straight in from the room - we asked to move to a room without a see in shower and they said they are all the same, they sent someone to stick black square material to the glass which was an eye sore for 5 days, did the job but I think frosting the glass or putting some little private curtains up would be a lot easier

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. Its central location made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It’s within walking distance to public transport and plenty of great eateries, which made getting around and finding delicious food super easy. Catching taxis was a breeze—there were always some nearby, which saved a lot of time. One of the highlights was the live jazz music on Thursdays—such a relaxing and classy way to wind down the evening. The hotel also features superb restaurants with excellent service and a diverse menu. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this place ticks all the boxes. Highly recommend!

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, but were a bit disappointed with some of the amenities provided. Initially, there were only enough towels for two people, so we had to request more towels from housekeeping. While they were eventually delivered, it would have been nice if the room had been properly prepared from the start. Also, the coffee pods were not replaced during our stay, which was a small but noticeable inconvenience, especially when traveling with kids and needing that morning caffeine boost. Overall, the stay was decent, but attention to detail in room servicing could definitely be improved.

Our room was very clean!

I arrived after midnight and wasn't able to get back into gated parking. I was told by the parking attendant...."Didn't you read the small print!"🤨 I just think before paying and entering the gated parking, the parking attendant could have easily just said if you arrive after midnight, you won't be able to get back in."

The location is central, there is a bar and breakfast/dinner restaurant in the hotel. Also the valet parking is super easy and not that expensive (compared to normal parking). Hotel had a very cool architecture vibe, definitely would recommend it. Also a place cold Joey’s was on a walk distance for dinner, great recommendation also.

The heating/airco is controlled with an old switch-system. Fits perfectly in the vibe of the hotel but is very difficult to set to a good temperature. It was too hot or too cold to sleep. So fiddling with that took some precision work.

I liked the rooms, very spacious. The receptionists were very helpful too.

I didn't like the fact that they charge $100 for room security deposit every night. I spent 3 nights and paid $300

The location was perfect with easy access to the metro. My bed and room were extremely comfortable. There was some street noise as my room was on a busy street in the financial district, however this was easily remedied with ear plugs. I slept very well. All the staff were the best I think I've ever experienced in all my travels. Each one was exemplary!

I would have liked to have more vegan options for breakfast. However, I have to say that the staff were very accommodating and prepared my breakfast from the lunch menu. And made me feel special and appreciated on top of that!!!

Beyond the esthetic, the customer service was excellent and the room was great to my needs,

The Valet service needs improvement, they forgot to charge me at the end of my stay and asked if I can come back to pay. I asked if they can charge my card that was used for the reservation and they said no.

The hotel was in general very nice with a very cool atmosphere. The location was excellent (very close to a major metro station and several options for food and shopping), breakfast at Dane's Diner was good (coffee was great) and the staff were very friendly.

The room itself could have been a little bit better. The beds are not really very comfortable and they stand on a platform which makes the height between the bed and the floor to be very short, making it a little bit difficult to stand up if you're not at one of the edges of the bed on the same side as the edge of the platform.

Love this hotel. Wonderful staff. They offered us early check in. Great room and great bathroom with large shower. Location was great - financial district in downtown Los Angeles, very close (walking distance) to main attractions in DTLA (the Broad, MOCA, angel flights, grand market, LA Live, etc.) and the metro (however, we used lift/Uber to go everywhere. The hotel has a wonderful decorated/upgraded lounge. It doesn’t have a restaurant but they have a bar in the lounge and offers food and drinks. Staff at the bar is wonderful. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel within walking distance. There are grocery stores close by too.

There was no coffee maker or tea in the room.

Excellent high quality hotel conveniently located in Downtown close to 7th Street/Metro Center subway station and a short walk from LA Live. My room was very spacious and comfortable with a huge bathroom, closet and ample storage space. The lobby/ground floor entrance is impressive and gives the impression of a high quality, premium hotel.

The rooms are a slightly unconventional design with low-down beds nearly on the floor level, which not might suit everyone. Breakfast was very expensive - around $25 for a cooked breakfast and coffee.
