The property was very clean. The handicapped room (105) was very spacious and the bed was wonderful! My husband said he wanted to take it home with us. 😃 We went to my granddaughter’s home for a few hours for Christmas Eve and when we got back our bed was turned down for us! There were 6 pillows on the bed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I locked myself out of my room at one point and the gentleman who was at the desk kindly made me a new key card for our room.. I was in my PJ’s at 12:00 at night and had grabbed the wrong card off of the table in our room. Long story… lol. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and looked beautiful. Dove hotel size complementary Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion available. Plenty of towels, hand towels, and wash clothes. The walk in shower was huge with a pull down seat and an adjustable hand held or mountable shower head. There was plenty of parking available, even had a spot for veterans which I thought was cool. There was a desk, and a chair in the room as well. There were bedside stands on each side of the bed, each had a lamp and plug ins for your phone, or electronics. There was a clock with an alarm as well. The read out on the clock on my husband’s side of the bed was wonky though. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room as well. The price of our room included a serve yourself breakfast in the morning which we took advantage of. They had an assortment of cereals, milk, orange juice, oranges, apples, yogurt, sausage, potatoes, and make your own waffles. It was all presented very nicely. We pre checked in the day before so when I walked in the desk clerk recognized me and handed me our room keys and gave me directions to our room. Easy Peasy!

The walls between the rooms were not really very thick.. the people who were in the adjoining room had their TV on until 2:00 AM. We could hear some outside traffic noise, although not that bad, it may have been worse if it weren’t Christmas Eve.

The location of the hotel was great. Right off the road, east to find. Close to everything. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a nice plus since we were there in the winter. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy!

The location of our room…apparently it was trash day for the surrounding businesses, and at 5am, we were awoken by tons of banging that must have gone on for 20 mins. I also wish there wasn’t mold on the ceiling of the shower.

The room was comfortable and spacious. I really appreciated the video surveillance for the parking lot. The young man at reception was courteous and professional. Nice Italian restaurant next door and steps from hotel.

I don't like digital check-in. The girl at the reception desk in the morning couldn't be bothered as she was on her phone. Breakfast was so-so and I had to wait a long time to sit. The room wasn't large enough for the amount of guests.

The receptionist that attended us was most polite and she had a couple of suggestions for our visiting needs. She did her best to resolve our issues which weren't many to say the least. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. And will definitely stay here if ever needed.

The only thing i didn't like would be, we weren't allowed to check in before 3 p.m. We we're there 10 min early and still weren't allowed to check in.

The staff was friendly, the food in the morning was better than a lot of hiltons (I have stayed with them in previous jobs) and if you asked for a bath tub they would get you a room with one without paying more also I was finishing until late and they were happy to open the gym for me after hours

The internet and the weed smell

The staff is super friendly and were great at explaining everything. I requested a quiet room and they delivered. The room itself was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast options were a bit lacking, especially if you're used to a nicer breakfast at La Quinta. It was mostly options with carbs. The two hot food options were hash browns (good) and some strange looking bacon that looked fake. I didn't see any egg options. The rest was typical continental breakfast fare.

This was absolutely the most thorough, polite and friendly check in I’ve had in any hotel! The woman on the front desk is a brilliant first contact for this La Quinta. She was clear in explaining the facilities, gave us a choice of room locations, explained the card charges and answered my questions carefully. Room was good, pool area was great.

Staff were very nice & professional. Responded to our needs immediately.

The beds were too high had to ask for a step stool to get into the bed. Both myself and my friend are short and couldn't get into the beds with our the step stool. The light in the bathroom kept turning off. That is a hazard...had to stand in bathroom and wave while my friend took her shower to keep the light on.

Great place, regret not staying longer here. Staff was super friendly and the hotel had a nice pool to relax in. The hotel is located on the main road in Los Banos, near plenty of fast food restaurants in case you arrive late. Rooms were clean and had all amenities, TV has Netflix.

Clean, spacious, properly air-conditioned rooms, nice staff.

The fridge is too small with no freezer at all (when traveling in hot weather, it's important to be able to unload the cooler for the night and to re-freeze the ice blocks). Breakfast is hearty but too unhealthy even by the average American standards: no eggs (egg subs ;)), just carbs. There were also some issues with keeping the side doors open to be able to get to the car and back to the room quickly.
