Room was good, not big, but with decent fresh finishes, all the amenities. Modern bathroom, comfortable bed. The inn itself and its public spaces doesn't look like much, but the room was nice. Also the breakfast was better than a usual fare in the inns. Part of their parking is under the roof, which is a good thing in winter. Great location.

Even though the room was good, there were couple of issues specific to inns - very thin walls (our neighbors, unfortunately, preferred to watch their tv very loudly) and noisy ac/heater. Solved the second problem by heating up the room and then turning it off for the night. Night temps were just a bit below zero, so it worked just fine. And, of course, the price. Same thing in Bishop for half the money, but it's Mammoth during the season, what can you do.

The room had plenty of space with tables, a chair, lots of storage, a big TV. WiFi was good and the included breakfast was solid -- eggs, waffle, cereal, fruit, yogurt, pastry. The main stores are just a few blocks away. There was plenty of parking (free) either outside or in a garage.

There were a few trivial things. There was no tub, just a shower but of course most places that do have a tub have one that's too shallow to cover the whole torso. The rooms weren't totally sound proof.

It was clean, conveniently located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room felt a bit cramped initially, but it turned out to have a ton of storage space for our luggage and gear. It was perfect for 2 people. There was plenty of parking, and it was an easy walk to the bus. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast could have used a bit more variety. But honestly, it was edible and the staff working the breakfast were friendly and accommodating.

The property is conveniently located, has reasonably spacious rooms, underground garage, jacuzzi, and a good breakfast. The staff is friendly and check in is very efficient.

I did not like the noise. There is only little soundproofing between rooms, and in the room, appliances are quite noisy, specifically the heater and the mini fridge would wake me up at night. I don’t think it’s easy to improve soundproofing, but at least putting quiet thermoelectric chillers instead of those with a loud motor would go a long way.

shower was great!! breakfast was complete with hot and cold options. space for breakfast was ample and very quiet - very suitable for a breakfast. staff always very kind and helpful. coffee and hot water available all the time was very nice. parking lot with much space and with underground parking available as well - very convenient!!!

the cleanliness of the room and and bathroom was ok, but the area outside the rooms did not have a good aspect - eg corridors, staircases , parking lot with old carpets and everything seeming dirty, too much garbage in the beginning of each staircase .

Friendly staff. Hearty breakfast. Updated room with modern bathroom. Great WiFi. Microwave and fridge in room. Underground covered parking.

We sky over 30+ nights in Mammoth/year and travel with our pets . Pet policy with $30/pet/night is beyond our budget (we have two). Otherwise, we could make it our place to stay in Mammoth Lakes.

We arrived a couple of hours before check-in, but were able to get our room immediately. The room was recently updated, clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient, centrally located with easy access to the ski area, restaurants, and ski shops. Included breakfast was a nice amenity, allowing us to get some food before hitting the slopes in the early morning.

I would like to thank Mr. Rao, the Manager, for being prompt and courteous and personally watching over that our stay is comfortable. The breakfast was great. Location is perfect. All in all I'll rate 5 star.

Some minor things but that's well compensated by the personal touch of the staff.

The breakfast was perfect for fueling up. The property is only a block or two away from the village and conveniently across from a pizza joint.

Heating and AC is an old school wall mounted noisy unit. It works but it’s just loud and would caution for the light sleeper.

Full hot breakfast (included waffles, meat, eggs, hash brown, fruits, cereal, juices, muffins, toast, etc.). Close to the bus stop #14. Jacuzzi worked, Sufficient space in room for sleeping and resting. Had microwave and mini-fridge.

Heater was noisy (fan turning on and off throughout the night). Parking garage had some debris on floor from damaged ceiling.
