Great views, very clean with very comfortable beds. Kitchen has all the basics for cooking. Fridge was quite large. Right on the beach with a nice deck for sitting and watching the waves and Strand traffic. Location is great for families because of parks and playgrounds and pier very near. Especially loved that they had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards so you don't need to bring any of these things. Also ample beach towels. Garage and street parking, even on the busy weekends, were not a problem. Management was responsive when contacted with questions.

I personally don't like the new hands off check-in, check-out management style that many boutique places are going to. It feels impersonal. That said, Trevor was always responsive before and during our stay. I don't know why places allow dogs, even for a high fee it's cheaper for people to bring them than to board them somewhere so of course they'll bring them. I'm sure the place would be fully booked even without allowing dogs. They bark at people and pets and are very intrusive, which affects everyone's experience.

Location was stunning. Steps from the beach and parking wasn't too bad on the streets with the pass, at least at this time of year (February). It was nice to have a kitchenette to save on food costs, plus more room to spread out. Walkable location to food/shops, and perfect for running along the beach!

The only complaint I had was around the water pressure and temperature. It took about 5 minutes for the shower to warm up, and the pressure was like a gentle summer rain. That's fine for some, but I wanted to get the conditioner out of my hair before next Tuesday.

The location & the Terrace

We had issues with the shower, the wardrobe, and no hairdryer. There was no one on site to speak too, only the cleaner ( who didn't speak English). I contacted the company via messages. The shower & hairdryer were sorted, the wardrobe door still didn't fit. The biggest issue I have is regarding the request that we leave all the crockery etc clean for the next person, the cleaners will not check. Luckily we followed a clean person, & we left it clean for the next person. The location is the reason they can charge the tariff for the room, not the service.

We stayed 2 weeks, would have liked a room clean and new linen . That's the only thing otherwise it was above expectations

Loved the location lay out felt very cozy and was able to relax and enjoy my stay would come back again.

Could use a good sweep before someone else comes in my 1 year old crawled on floor and was full of I’m assuming dog fur.

Everything was amazing from the start the gentleman Trevor I believe his name was kind and was very welcoming. We had a wonderful time staying here and the villa was beautiful and very adorable on the inside and we got good views and nice patio to ourselves to barbecue. Shower was amazing! And nice to have all the dishes and kitchen items all there for ya. Small complaint: The floors were super dirty not sure if they forgot to clean them that day or what but unfortunately our feet were constantly black and our socks too and with little ones it was a pain to constantly have to clean their feet after them taking a shower. But everything else was clean and nicely set up

Street parking - even with the parking permit was spotty at best. Shower was too small for me, I'm a muscular athlete and I had difficulty getting clean. King sized sheets on the full sized bed were cumbersome and entangling. The TV wouldn't quit buzzing, even when turned off. Restrictions on the fridge temperature were such that my beer wasn't cold. Location was wonderful. View from the room included the water and the pier. Access both to The Strand and the road above was excellent for exploring on foot. Provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and such were clean and in good condition. You can hear the surf clearly from inside the room.

We had such a wonderful experience at this property! It was super modern, spotless, and really well taken care of. The location was absolutely perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beach, and the ocean views were beyond incredible! We loved being able to stroll around to find food, coffee, or drinks—everything we needed was right nearby. I can't express how convenient it was! The gorgeous view of the sea really made our stay special.

Fantastic location, right on the beach. Nice deck to watch waves, traffic and people. All you need is a towel to go to the beach, the rooms have a code so a key is not needed. The hotel also offered beach chairs, children's toys and boogie/surf boards. Parking at the hotel is for smaller vehicles but I was able to park my pickup on the next street up and use the back entrance to the property. I was always able to find a space. The room was very clean and the kitchenette was much appreciated. This was a fantastic vacation due to this hotel. Our grandkids wound up swimming a bunch due to the ez beach access, the pier is also close by. The restaurants and bars in Oceanside were a quick walk away, driving was not necessary.

We loved the location! Just steps from the beach! Lots of fun shops and great restaurants within walking distance. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

The only complaint I would have is the water pressure in the shower, but it's not really a complaint, just a personal preference. Oh, and the garages were extremely tiny, I could not fit my vehicle all the way in and still be able to open the doors to get out of the car. We made it work with all of our neighbors who mostly had the same issue unless they were driving a very small car. Not sure where parking is for larger vehicles. But all in all, we had a blast and would love to come back and stay here again!
