The location was GREAT. We had a room on the back side so the view was beautiful. Nice size room.

The front desk lady was not very friendly upon check in. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was green and not even warm.

Very friendly staff, rooms were nicer than expected, location to harbor and beach are excellent! Right off the freeway, so quick access to town.

The shower sang while in use, but otherwise, the room was great!

The location to the hotel was great. When I walked into my room it smelt lovely. The check-in clerk was very friendly.

My interaction with the manager supervisor was it very pleasant. She was very abrasive when she was speaking about me having to change rooms because of a plumbing issue and I shouldn't have gotten checked into my room when I did. Also facilities just walked into my room without knocking to make sure that there was no one in there because it wasn't checked that I had already been checked in to the room. There were a group of teenagers that stayed during my stay and from like 10:00 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. my first night they were running up and down the halls and up and down the stairs.

My husband come down every August for the Oceanside Longboard Surfing contest at the Municipal Pier, we've stayed at just about every "budget motel/hotel" in Oceanside over the past several years and I think this was one of my favorites so far. Check in and check out was smooth and fast. Very sweet women working the front desk. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was super comfy, good water pressure in the shower and great A/C! The location is convenient, just above the Harbor and you can walk down to the restaurants if you want to. They have a cute little pool area, vending machines and a patio to have your coffee on if you like. They serve a complimentary Continental breakfast as well, which we really enjoyed. I'm pretty sure we'll be staying here again next year!

The Jacuzzi looked like it could use a resurfacing or a deep cleaning. But, we come to Oceanside for the surfing, so we didn't swim or Jacuzzi at the hotel, although a family was enjoying it while I sat outside enjoying my morning coffee poolside. Really, no complaints at all.

We liked that the sink is not in the bathroom, so it can serve even when someone is in the toilet. We weren't sure about breakfast so we were glad we got coffee and juice + muffins and banana bread + yogurt and maybe a banana or apple. The hotel is within walking distance of the ocean, about 10 minutes from a sea lion island with real sea lions.

In the bathroom we would prefer a glass door to a curtain by the bath. Well, that's probably fine for this class of hotel.

The hotel was super clean and staff was amazing. The only downfall was none of the ice machines were working The entire time we were there. Actually ended up staying 2 nights, this is my second time staying here and will definitely stay again. The bed was a little uncomfortable, it sagged in the middle and the pillows are way too small, they areore of a decorative pillow than one to sleep with. Room was spotless and facilities were super clean.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. They always went above and beyond to answer any questions and give recommendations of fun things to do in the area. Breakfast was simple, but had bananas, apples, And yogurt In addition to oatmeal and baked goods and cereal. Good variety!

Wish the pool was open a little little later than nine. It is nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed For a great price and a great location.

The location, cost, breakfast, and cleanliness were all wonderful. I haven't stayed in a hotel in Oceanside for almost 10 years. Everything has changed for the better. Thank you.

I really think the bathroom door should be slidable. I think the bathroom was a bit too small for my claustrophobia. For me, I prefer ventilated bathrooms.

The front desk personnel went out of her way to find me a fan that I requested. The room was super clean and quiet. The mattress is extra comfy. It's hard to get up out of bed in the morning. Location just literally steps away from Oceanside Harbor. I always stay here. Next time, I'm going to request a room looking over the harbor.

I really liked everything. The only thing I can think of is that they need to be more direct on the $150.00 deposit. They explicitly said it was on HOLD, but when I went to use my credit card at dinner, I was declined due to the $150.00 being already deducted, affecting my credit limit.

Great location. Very comfortable room. Quiet considering it is close to a freeway. Will stay again when we return to Oceanside.

Our disappointment was not with the accommodations but the room service arrangement available. After twice ordering & waiting 2.5 hours we asked for a refund. Delivery service very unacceptable. They supposedly delivered our order but where? Never to our place.
