It was good. The room was big enough for our family. It had two beds and a sofa bed that was more than enough room. Our room was next to staff rooms but we did not hear any noises in the morning. There were only two options for the hot food, egg and sausage. They has cinnamon waffle mix which the kids enjoyed. Coffee and juice were available.

When we drove up to the hotel it was in the back of the street. There was limited parking in the back and the fence around the parking lot had some wholes where we saw an unhoused individual walk through the parking lot. We were informed prior that there was security that was walking around.

The location

Carpet, general upkeep, lighting throughout the hotel was horrible(public areas & rooms), Understaffed, I was given a quick peek at the special rooms and the toilet seats looked similar the the truck stop I stopped at on the way here , bathrooms have mold, and shower head looked like it was replaced 5years ago. Couldn’t pay anything over $80 for this. And on the way out another guest frantically was trying to get help because a crack head was trying to get in the window of the gym or laundry room. This hotel has seriously gone downhill. Smh

When we checked in the person did not know which direction our room was once we got off the elevator. He did not offer a map. He just said it probably to the right when exiting the elevator. It was to the right all the way at the end of the hall. Front seat staff should know where the rooms are and if they don’t, please supply customers with a map. Bathroom door could use a way to prop it open so it doesn’t get stuffy and air conditioner can get to it. Maybe a stopper in the room.

Location was good! Lots of local things to do. Breakfast was good as well. Plenty of different options. Laundry room was very nice and clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Quick check in! Very eager to please! Staff 10 out of 10!

The fold out couch was uncomfortable. No blankets or extra pillows in the room. Cleanliness was not to my expectations. Cleanest areas were the front and laundry room. The towel hook on the door was broken as well as there was no soap and conditioner in the bathroom. (I did let the staff know) Just small things that were an inconvenience.

My first room, the lock was broken So the front desk clerk put me in a different room that had a jacuzzi tub and that was amazing. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was attentive and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel was right next to the freeway which I actually appreciated but my room faced the freeway and it was really loud and I kept getting woke up, and on my floor someone kept slamming their doors repeatedly which I know is nothing that the hotel can help I'm just saying it sucked.

Staff was wonderful! Very accommodating with large families. Rooms were very clean. But snug with 5 in a room. 😉 Breakfast was great. Pool is not heated so that was a bummer because it's October. And the water pressure in our room was very low. Is that a California thing? We almost never heard another guest. Rooms are very quiet. Parking is easy and overall very happy! Would stay again!

Fan in our bathroom wasn't a problem, but it was pretty loud. We leave the bathroom light on at night for our kids and the fan is connected to the light. Between that and the fan/air unit in our room, I had to sleep with ear plugs.

Bathroom lock didn’t work and the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly

It was a full breakfast. There was plenty of food to get your day started. The kitchen people weren’t hurrying you up to finish eating. They didn’t put the food away right at 9:30. They let everyone eat.

A few of the tables in the dining room had loose screws. They were wobbly. They need to get them fixed.

The breakfast it’s OK very friendly staff especially Andy at the front desk and the lady that worked the food section The maids was very accommodating overall will stay here again!

Everything met my expectations

The "balcony" off the room was through a solid door - not a sliding glass door as someone would expect. And it faced the freeway. So even though you are paying more for it, it is not really a balcony I wanted to use.
