It was good. The room was big enough for our family. It had two beds and a sofa bed that was more than enough room. Our room was next to staff rooms but we did not hear any noises in the morning. There were only two options for the hot food, egg and sausage. They has cinnamon waffle mix which the kids enjoyed. Coffee and juice were available.

When we drove up to the hotel it was in the back of the street. There was limited parking in the back and the fence around the parking lot had some wholes where we saw an unhoused individual walk through the parking lot. We were informed prior that there was security that was walking around.

The location

Carpet, general upkeep, lighting throughout the hotel was horrible(public areas & rooms), Understaffed, I was given a quick peek at the special rooms and the toilet seats looked similar the the truck stop I stopped at on the way here , bathrooms have mold, and shower head looked like it was replaced 5years ago. Couldn’t pay anything over $80 for this. And on the way out another guest frantically was trying to get help because a crack head was trying to get in the window of the gym or laundry room. This hotel has seriously gone downhill. Smh

When we checked in the person did not know which direction our room was once we got off the elevator. He did not offer a map. He just said it probably to the right when exiting the elevator. It was to the right all the way at the end of the hall. Front seat staff should know where the rooms are and if they don’t, please supply customers with a map. Bathroom door could use a way to prop it open so it doesn’t get stuffy and air conditioner can get to it. Maybe a stopper in the room.

Big rooms with 3 comfortable beds. When we asked for extra towels or bed spreads we had no issues. Staff was very friendly. The woman helping with the breakfast buffet made our mornings. She was so warm, personable, and made our mornings special!

Blow dryer barely worked (which wasn't a deal breaker) but there were no dressers to store clothes in the room. 6 people...no dressers. We lived out of our suitcases for sure.

Location was good! Lots of local things to do. Breakfast was good as well. Plenty of different options. Laundry room was very nice and clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Quick check in! Very eager to please! Staff 10 out of 10!

The fold out couch was uncomfortable. No blankets or extra pillows in the room. Cleanliness was not to my expectations. Cleanest areas were the front and laundry room. The towel hook on the door was broken as well as there was no soap and conditioner in the bathroom. (I did let the staff know) Just small things that were an inconvenience.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great and close to everything. There was parking all around the hotel. Beds were comfortable. When asking staff for extra towels or trash bags, they handed them without hesitation. I appreciated the recommendations from JGene, she checked us out and gave good tips where to eat by the Harbor.... we enjoyed it.

The room became stuffy at times but the AC resolved it.

My first room, the lock was broken So the front desk clerk put me in a different room that had a jacuzzi tub and that was amazing. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was attentive and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel was right next to the freeway which I actually appreciated but my room faced the freeway and it was really loud and I kept getting woke up, and on my floor someone kept slamming their doors repeatedly which I know is nothing that the hotel can help I'm just saying it sucked.

The free breakfast was phenomenal!

The ad for the hotel was misleading. It was clearly not "walking distance" from the beach, and the "ocean view" was over some buildings and through some trees. Paid extra for an "ocean view", when I could have paid $100 more somewhere else to be right on the beach.

I really liked how spacious the room was. It was conveniently located, and staff were very kind and informative about the area.

Their gym was small with limited amenities, on top of that, the ones they did have didn't work. The room did get a bit stuffy at times.

The staff was friendly and courteous and the location was fabulous. Beautiful views and breeze with lots to do in the area.

Slightly outdated. Could use some major upgrades and upkeep, but the stay was comfortable and affordable!
