Very friendly hotel near beach and in town. Lots of nice paces for meals in walking distance. Breakfeast was included which was a bonus.

I found the hotel very loud. It was very full but the amount of door slamming and yelling partially due to loud music was somewhat difficult for me. Also be aware there is a trainstation right next to the hotel with trains tooting etc

The property is in close proximity to many things, food, movies, beach. It was pretty clean for the most part. I liked the entertainment on the weekend, we had a band right outside our balcony playing at the restaurant and that was so fun! Breakfast was decent too.

So the downside of the things I liked, is it might not be for everyone. It’s located where everything is very busy and if you sleep early or have kids the music from the restaurant will not allow you to sleep before 10pm. It’s also next to the train station so you can hear the train bells all night long. Check in was extremely slow, it seemed like they were typing in nuclear codes to get us checked in and there’s only 2 elevators, with only one going to the garage and they move super slow too. Of course one went down during our stay and we took the stairs downstairs but for those checking out, I’m sure it was a pain.

Nice, spacious rooms and also clean. Loved the location. Was my first time here, but we are definitely coming back. The price was great! Much food near by and beach right when you walk out just walk about a minute. The rooftop pool is cool although we didn’t get the time to swim. 10/10!

I saw reviews about the train because it’s close, but honestly I didn’t hear it and it didn’t bug us at all. There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

The room felt clean, was soundproofed just enough, is in a great location, offers fabulous amenities.

The only bummer was the parking situation. Parking is way too expensive at $40/night and the street parking in the entire area does not allow overnight parking. I ended up parking several blocks away, not because I couldn’t afford it but because $40 felt predatory with the property knowing that there is no other convenient option.

It was a wonderful location! I was very happy to how close it is to the beach and all the restaurants.

The key cards were kinda pointless when it came to getting to places like the rooftop bar, pool and fitness center. It said “use card key to enter” but the doors were always unlocked regardless. Seemed like anyone could just come use the pool and jacuzzi. As well as come into the hotel and walk on any floor.

We really enjoyed our stay. We would've stayed another day or two if I didn't have to leave for work. The Spring Hill team was amazing from the time we checked in to check out. Keep up the great work Spring Hill Suites Team. We will be returning to this hotel in the near future.

I think the price could've been a little better but we definitely got our money's worth.

I stay at many courtyard and spring hill suites all over Orange County as my kids travel for water polo tournaments. This was a girls getaway trip and this was by far THE BEST Springhill suits I have every stayed at. The decorations and coastal murals on each floor and the ambience was all so pretty. The jacuzzi with rooftop view was amazing. The connecting little bar restaurant all adorable. Enjoyed the beer/wine amenity as well.

location to the ocean was great. Train noice if balcony door open annoying for over $300/night. The balcony was lovely with a small view of ocean but did not spend time out there as noice of the train and traffic were Hmmm, I would say too loud for the price I paid. Staff excellent!!! Rooms clean. Location great. I would recommend this hotel

Loved the location, staff, and pool! The housekeeping staff were incredible!!!

The breakfast was mediocre at best. I ended up eating cereal 5 out of 6 days I was there. Lots of choices, but other than the cereal, oatmeal, and bread products, things just didn’t taste good. Even my 3 kids didn’t like the waffles they made.

The room was clean and well equipped, the beds were comfortable and clean. The room layout was done well with a glass enclosure for a privacy space

The train outside was kinda loud, I asked for a non train room but there were none available. We used ear plugs and they worked OK. I would reserve a room more in advance next time. They should provide ear plugs
