Oceanfront property with an excellent view of the ocean, the surf, the jetty, paddle boaters, kayakers, jet skiers, sailboats and fantastic sunsets. The room was large and equipped with a full kitchen. The size of our patio was excellent for relaxing, eating entertaining... We had a very nice sized TV in the living room. There were several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The carpet could have been cleaner. An elevator would have been helpful. Our suite did not have any large bowls, spoons or a broom. We realize that prior tenants may have been responsible for some of those deficiencies.

This facility, right on the water, has meticulously maintained grounds and is generally quiet. This was a holiday weekend and it was quite full. We could, at times, hear the children near us, but overall it was peaceful and quiet. It is an older facility without elevators and as seniors, we request a ground level room, which the staff generally accommodates us. We are able to have either a view of the marina or a view of the ocean, depending on where they place us. We love the facility and the staff and it is always our first choice if there is availability. BTW: The coffee maker was not working and they promptly replaced it for us . . .kudos to them!

On this particular trip, we were placed in a ground level room, as per our request, but this visit we were placed in a handicap accessible room. The walk-in shower was great, but this particular unit seemed smaller than others we have been in on past visits. It was not unpleasant, just not what we have been used to in the past. The facility was quite full due to the holiday and the parking was very crowded. We do no like the covered parking options because the spaces are narrow with large posts, so we opt for the open parking when available. It seemed on this visit that everyone was opting for the uncovered parking, but we still managed to find a spot.

Beautiful setting, peaceful and with amazing staff especially Monica, thank you for making our anniversary a magical one. The location is perfect. A peaceful haven among the yachts and the ocean and about 20 min stroll to the marina restaurants passing the entertaining sealions on the way. The property was spotlessly clean and had beautifully kept gardens. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting with a glass of wine. I wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely come back if in the area again.

Nothing, it was perfect

I thought it was a nice location. Great atmosphere.

I asked for a waterfront room that overlooked the marina. I received a message that I would have those accommodations but when we got to the room it was a pool side view instead. Also had to pay $15 for parking.

The room was perfect, with spectacular view of the marina, yachts, kayakers and a beacon. The pool was too cold to swim, but jacuzzi was spacious enough for 3 of us. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. It is a very nice place.

The only minus was spotty Wi-Fi. Maybe we did something wrong when were connecting. Mostly it didn't bother us.

We had a room on the corner with views of harbor & marina. Was very nice to watch boats , kayaks, & paddle boarders come I. & out. We also watched guests fish off the rocks. Harbor seals woke us up early in the morning, but we didn’t mind.

It is a pretty far walk from restaurants. They also do not have vending machines for water or drinks & closest store is driving distance. Front desk did not offer water bottles or have them for sale.

Location was fantastic with great ocean, harbor view and just far enough from the busy crowd so it’s quite relaxing.

Lack of AC. One improvement that would make this 10 was the lack of AC. In the summer, it can get quite hot and humid and even with fans, it can still be uncomfortable at times. Otherwise, this was a wonderful experience!

The property was beautiful, and I found it very clean however, due to the hot weather, it was a little too warm in our room and we could not open the window because it is the screen door and it wasn’t very safe to sleep with it open The fan was not good enough. It was too warm and I thought it needs air condition especially when the heat is so strong.

Stunning location, extremely friendly and accommodating staff, awesome sea life in the immediate area, great pool and jacuzzi with a stunning view, and lovely suite with clean comfortable beds, hot showers in nice walk in showers, awesome, right on the water views, and giant TVs!

It’s a bit secluded as you drive a bit under a mile around the harbor to get to it, but that’s also kind of part of the allure! It is right across from the beach and harbor village but separated by water.

The room, 168 needs revamping in terms of the rug which was heavily stained. Not many amenities were provided. There was one small soap only. No vending machine to buy a drink or a muffin.
