Very nice location- near many sites, restaurants, etc. Great hotel for our cruise port, literally within a 5-10 minute ride. Some very good restaurants within walking distance also! Clean and comfy rooms, spacious, staff was professional and very nice and helpful!

My only complaint was the lack of towels and basic amenities in the room; we had 3 people staying in our room and every day, the housekeeping staff would only leave 2 towels. We had to call several times to get another set of towels. Also, no toilet paper... we had to make a couple calls down for that. Otherwise, it was all fine.

Nice clean property, they have a shuttle to the cruise port for about $5 a person.

The little store on site was super expensive.

The staff was very helpful and I received a free upgrade. The hotel offers a shuttle to the San Pedro Cruise Terminal for a small fee. Good location for walking, lots of restaurants and points of interest within walking distance. In the hotel restaurant, I loved the greek yogurt with fruit breakfast bowl, I don't often come across greek yogurt as the base in general so this was a pleasant surprise.

There was some type of leak in my room, one section of the carpet was wet. May have been condensation from the refrigerator or from the AC unit. Not a big issue for me as I was only there overnight but I would've requested a different room had my stay been longer.

The room was comfortable and clean. We did notice that the floor was a little uneven...my guess is that it was due t the age of the building. Overall, location was perfect for our stay. The breakfast was delicious! The staff was very helpful in assisting us since we were almost late for breakfast. Also, liked the fact that shuttle service was available to the Cruise Terminal.

Everything was great!

The buffet was ok, but there was an issue with the resturant staff. When we got in line we did not have tickets for the buffet. That wasn't explained at hotel checking so a member of our party had to get out of line to go get the tickets for complimentary breakfast. After shown to our table and approaching the location of the dishes we noticed dirty dishes mixed in with the clean dishes. Patrons probably were using dirty dishes. That should not happen. The water and orange juice were not monitored often and empty. And it took a bit even asking for refills. The resturant was clean, but the location of where the dishes were need to be relocated so it's more visible to staff. They were kept in a wood box next to the buffer. Either the dishes were being brought out dirty or patrons thought that's were the dirty dishes went. People can get sick from that. The hotel was great, there are issues with the attached resturant.

The hotel is in a fairly obvious new suburb, almost walking distance to the cruise ship terminal. Walking around the area felt very safe, and inviting. There are a number of restaurants, bars, a museum and a few shops. The hotel like the area, feels very new, the staff were great, and the breakfast buffet was quite extensive. Our room was exactly what we'd booked and had a nice view of the pool, and the port. They have a lovely pool and gymnasium

Can't say we had any issues. It was above and beyond what we expected. Unlike most port areas we had no worries about being out and about walking. The port is one of the nicest we've ever seen. No graffiti, no garbage and the port is spotless. The containers are lined up for miles around the area but it's unbelievably neat and tidy - we couldn't get over it. My only recommendation is that this is not really a vacation location. Fabulous though if you're taking a cruise

Good location for people going on a cruise. The check in staff - “Lynn” was awesome and very nice & attentive! She explained all my questions & concerns. Always had a smile on her face which is nice bec that’s what you need when you greet people. Hotel offered shuttle services to & from the cruise port. Also, they offered to have your vehicle parked there for a fee. Felt the car was safer at the hotel than at the cruise port parking lot! Great amenity!

It’s old. Needs to be updated. Furniture is worn down. In our room, the toilet backed up the very 1st time we flushed it! Overall, the place needs to be renovated.

Love the view. Enjoyed talking to staff very friendly, bed was very comfortable and pillows.

I did not like that the furniture was not updated, no microwave, The parking I had problems with, the card wouldn't work and I couldn't get in. The elevator for the parking I had to push the button several times to make the elevator come while I was in the lobby. The facet to the bathroom continued to leak. The ice machine was on two different floors. I was on the 9th floor but had to get ice on the 10th floor. My fiancee had problems with his key each time he got off from work when he came to the room. I had to call maintenance for our refrigerator and when we got here our first day we only had one large drying towel. Toilet paper holder is underneath the sink and we didn't know where it was located at first. Glad we saw that there was an extra roll of toilet paper to use.

Room better than expected with a small self catering area and comfortable sofa, good size bed clean and well maintained there was a nice view over the harbour as booked and easy walk to some fantastic eating places all within 5 minutes of hotel, Close to USS IOWA museum. It was situated in a clean quiet area and traffic was not a problem as with other parts of long beach, overall very happy

like many hotels lighting was very poor and the tv was situated in bed area rather than sofa area and no comfy chairs to watch tv
