The location was great, literally less than five minutes from the airport. One minute away from I-70 but not too loud. There were all kinds of facilities that the stay that much more accommodating, like the pools, laundry, a rec area and fitness room. If you have time to kill, there is no need to leave the hotel. Breakfast was good and offered early which many people took advantage of. A lot of the rooms directly overlook your parking space which I really appreciate. I was not travelling with a pet this time but they are very accommodating to people with pets while respecting those without.

The only hiccup is when I contacted the property through Booking.com to request first floor rooms if possible, I was messaged back and told we had ground floor rooms. When we got there, the front desk lady said she had put us on the first floor but someone had take. those rooms and moved us and she didn’t know who did it. It would have been fine if they hadn’t told us we had first floor rooms to begin with. That didn’t set well with me. Then they told us to drive around to the back side of the hotel and go through another door to our rooms but failed to tell us there were no luggage buggies back there nor did they send one. Everything other than this incident was great.

The water pressure in your shower was awesome. I enjoyed the firmness of the bed and appreciate your staff bringing me a shower chair. However, the water went everywhere. Because of gait issues wet floors are very hard to navigate. Poor shower design. The person that checked us in was Awesome!

Breakfast hostesses seem very focused on getting your breakfast tickets and not necessarily greeting hotel guests. Not a good morning can I get your tickets. Right to the point...I need your breakfast tickets.... um...good morning to you too. More focus should have been put on making sure breakfast items were stocked.

They reception staff shifted our room to be closer to the pool when they saw we had kids, which was lovely. The pool wasn't busy and was a good temp. I thought our overall stay was good value for money. Good access to i70 but a drive to downtown.

I didn't realize I'd booked double beds rather than queens, so it was a bit of a squeeze. The decor is dated, but I liked the funky 70s style architecture.

Swimming pool/hot tub atrium area, hot breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, walkable hallways, pet-friendly

A bit run down and outdated, the pet room by the outside door was super noisy with a baby, condensation on window soaked the carpet and my backpack with my laptop got wet (it didn't work for days but luckily powered back on)

I didn't like that we didn't have a sliding glass door to the outside but it looked like there was and I also didn't like that there was no fan in the bathroom. Also didn't like that the pool closed at ten should at least be open until midnight

Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. This is an older building so you don't hear people walking down the hall like at newer hotels. Staff were pleasant. Recreation/indoor courtyard area is a lovely space

Breakfast was fair but would have appreciated prepared hot oatmeal to be provided. Carpet was a bit worn (on stairs especially)

I like how quiet it was. Also clear pet fees with booking a pet friendly room. I loved the additional activities like pool table, jacuzzi and pool. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

The heater in the room was too loud to use. We had to keep it off overnight. Maybe other rooms are better than the one we got.

When we checked in we originally was booked a room on the 2nd floor. We asked if there was an available room on the 1st floor since we were going to need a luggage cart to bring in our belongings. This request was granted and we appreciated it very much.

Nothing comes to mind about anything we didn't like.

The inn was in a very good location right off the highway. I expected a typical motor inn, but it is a large motel with lots of indoor space, very spacious and comfortable rooms, and excellent WiFi. The breakfast was an added bonus with a solid spread of fresh, hot food and coffee and many other options.
