For the price of the stay, the breakfast was ok. Eggs and sausage would have been better. The Choice Hotels have an excellent breakfast with eggs and sausage, and the stay at Quality Inn in a different state was way less expensive. I only stayed at 1st Interstate because of price. Also the clerk/manager could barely speak English. I will NOT stay there again.

The beds are worn out and the carpet is a little bit dirty!

We had a nice big room. Very Clean and no really noise from the outside.

We were in a non-smoking room but our mattress definitely smelled of cigarettes. nothing really worth complaining about but took us by surprise.

Price for the location is excellent, 5 minutes from downtown at half the cost of main street hotels, clean and quiet. Walk to restaurants and quickie mart next door. Next to Interstate 70 also.

Had some things happen. The manager was very helpful. I love this place. Would stay again. Grate place. No bad remarks.
