Cameron, Mickey and Andrew were Great. The free shuttle to the airport was a huge benefit. Mickey picked us up after we dropped off the rental car and the next morning Andrew dropped us at the airport. The room was nice, the beds comfy. My daughter used the fitness center and said it was very good. I took a look inside and agree, it was a nice fitness center. We saw kids playing in their good size swimming pool and having a great time. Next to the pool is this very pretty garden area and we sat there in the evening. Cameron provided the name of the Rockslide Brewery downtown GJ and the food and beer I had was excellent.

The breakfast is very poor. No plain, non-flavored Greek yogurt. Coffee definitely not Starbucks brand. My pillows were a little hard. The bathtub is really narrow, no shower wand. The spray though was strong. Small little Dove soaps with small bottles of Dove shampoo and conditioner. Many other hotels we stayed in, e.g., Homewood Suites had large bottles of liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Big open room. Great outdoor pool and hot tub. Location the college campus was great!

Bed was hard as a rock! I was traveling for work, and the desk lamp didn't work. I have 2 computer screens as I'm an accountant. I took a light bulb out of another lamp and lamp still didn't work. I called the front desk ad she said to flip the switch on the wall as the rooms were wired weird. I did that and lamp still didn't work. I asked for someone to come fix it but nobody ever came and fixed it. It was disappointing as I had to leave the curtains open and deal with the glare just to see my work. Breakfast was so so.

The staff was exceptional. Lydon was extremely professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He IS the reason I will be using your services again. (planning to move there) I also appreciated a smoking area near the front entrance and out of the elements. You just don't see that anymore. I realize that habit isn't acceptable these days with a lot of folk. As a "soon to be" non-smoker, it made me feel respected.

There was a technical issue with the front elevator and the keys for the rooms and exit doors. No fault of those who work there. My stay was four nights and I had no maid service during that time. (That's okay. Didn't really need it) But, I could have used a daily replacement of the coffee/condiments inside my room.

A good breakfast, typical of breakfast included with stay. Nice & clean I'm happy with the Motel and we will be staying at La Quinta again in our travels.

A disturbance during breakfast from a veteran having issues. NOT ANY FAULT OF THE HOTEL. The poor guy needed mental help team from the City or Fire Department to try to assist him. This does not reflect bad on the facility, the staff worked very hard to resolve the situation. Police came and I'm unclear what happened to the man.

Then like the property I like to cleanliness I like to convenience I like the room I like to staff for the most part

The pool is a little beat up the key cards. Keep losing their connection to the room to open the door the staff or somebody say we need to ask for service in the room the day before and should’ve told us when we walked in the building.

It’s the staff that made the stay wonderful, they went above and beyond. At check in we received water bottles and cookies, they opened the pool early for my nine-year-old to be able to swim in the morning. We also left something in our room and the staff called us immediately after check out to inform us so I was able to go back and pick up the item before leaving town.. It was about the customer service and the level of care that they have.

The rooms itself were clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable.

After receiving my room key and trying it the door I had to go back to the front desk where the front desk associate told me "it probably works, you just need to jiggle it like this". He also said it happens all the time. In addition, there was no mention of having a $75 incidental hold put on my credit card at the time of the checking in. Would have been nice to have the discussion at the time I checked in for both of these issues.

I loved the friendliness from the staff. From the moment I checked in to checking out. The facility was very clean and updated. Rooms are perfect for families. My family and I loved everything about it. The reason I did not give it a full 10 was because we arrived late and we did not get to experience the pool, hot tub or gym. But we were more than satisfied with everything else.

Friendly welcome desk crew, liked the 24hr hot drink station in the foyer. When a smoke alarm started chirping (maybe due to a fault or low battery), the front desk girl was really eager to get sorted for us & came up to our level twice to diagnose which alarm was chirping.

Nothing. Nice comfortable breakfast area & feel, friendly team on the desk upon arrival & departure.

Staff was excellent. Clean room, service area and parking lot. Required prompt service on our door lock. All customer service attendants and on duty maintenance person were involved in trying to solve the door problem. Presented us with a solution which worked well for us not having to move rooms and utilized the next room for us to enter and exit our room, since the door lock could not be fixed.
