breakfast was excellent and beautifully served. Just one option and timing to eat isn't flexible (8 or 830). Could be difficult for someone with allergies. But cozy, fun to visit with other guests if you choose, and very helpful host. Food was very good. The room is large and nice to relax in!

The road outside is a little loud (when going to sleep). I used white noise on my phone and then had no problems. The bed is very soft, softer than I usually like as it makes my back sore. Other than that very cozy room.

Pleasant stay. Brenda adjusted her menu to make one of us an allergen friendly breakfast. She had good suggestions of things to do and where to find a clean laundromat. Very clean. Lovely furnishings.

The unusually high temperatures 😉 but Brenda did suggest a visit to Grand Mesa, and it was beautiful and 20 degrees cooler! 😀

The Lavendar bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable mattress. Brenda is so down to earth and easy to talk with and we felt very comfortable and welcomed into her home. Breakfast was yummy--especially the apple crisp in cute little iron skillets! What a special touch! We would definitely stay there again!

I can't think of a single thing that we didn't like except maybe the fact that we didn't have time and it wasn't really the right weather to sit on her huge porch.

The breakfasts were remarkable and Brenda was so helpful to bring our food up to our room both days because we were having a little struggle with the stairs. She was so determined to do anything to make us more comfortable during our stay.

The house was easy to find. Our room was very spacious, fully equipped and spotlessly clean! Brenda was a very nice and welcoming host who cooked delicious breakfast for us and had some excellent tips for our visit!

Only a small thing comes to mind: The air conditioning in our room was pretty loud and we turned it off for the night. It worked well though and was highly appreciated since it had 39C/102F!

Comfort, cleanliness, great room, owner was absolutely lovely!! She cooked a delicious breakfast in the morning and was very kind about the late hour we were forced to check in with!!

Breakfast was amazing. Brenda is a wonderful hostess and treats you like family.

There's really nothing to change. If I had to recommend something it would be for darker curtains.

The host, Brenda, was friendly and helpful. She also made yummy food for breakfast and helped us out with a special request. 😋 The location was perfect for us and very quiet. We slept soundly on the comfortable king bed and would definitely stay again.

Not being able to stay longer, but we had to get to our next destination.

super comfortable king size bed in large second story room was a treat. The overhead fan and air conditioner drowned out any traffic noise from the front. Huge bathtub with jets was a prelude to an excellent night’s rest. Brenda teh hostess cooked us a delicious and hearty breakfast (French toast and perfectly crisp bacon and fresh fruit) which set us up for a day of hiking. She also made very useful suggestions about how to visit the National Monument nearby. Would def return, and look forward to all the renovations currently underway.

Breakfast was great, bed comfortable, loved decor, LOVED outside deck, Brenda was great.
