The Lavendar bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable mattress. Brenda is so down to earth and easy to talk with and we felt very comfortable and welcomed into her home. Breakfast was yummy--especially the apple crisp in cute little iron skillets! What a special touch! We would definitely stay there again!

I can't think of a single thing that we didn't like except maybe the fact that we didn't have time and it wasn't really the right weather to sit on her huge porch.

The breakfasts were remarkable and Brenda was so helpful to bring our food up to our room both days because we were having a little struggle with the stairs. She was so determined to do anything to make us more comfortable during our stay.

The house was easy to find. Our room was very spacious, fully equipped and spotlessly clean! Brenda was a very nice and welcoming host who cooked delicious breakfast for us and had some excellent tips for our visit!

Only a small thing comes to mind: The air conditioning in our room was pretty loud and we turned it off for the night. It worked well though and was highly appreciated since it had 39C/102F!

super comfortable king size bed in large second story room was a treat. The overhead fan and air conditioner drowned out any traffic noise from the front. Huge bathtub with jets was a prelude to an excellent night’s rest. Brenda teh hostess cooked us a delicious and hearty breakfast (French toast and perfectly crisp bacon and fresh fruit) which set us up for a day of hiking. She also made very useful suggestions about how to visit the National Monument nearby. Would def return, and look forward to all the renovations currently underway.

Breakfast was amazing. Brenda is a wonderful hostess and treats you like family.

There's really nothing to change. If I had to recommend something it would be for darker curtains.

The host, Brenda, was friendly and helpful. She also made yummy food for breakfast and helped us out with a special request. 😋 The location was perfect for us and very quiet. We slept soundly on the comfortable king bed and would definitely stay again.

We were travelling around Colorado on our honeymoon and Brenda was by far the friendliest & most accommodating host we had the pleasure of staying with. The room was large with space to relax. However the star of the show was Brenda's breakfasts. Every morning we would look forward to our breakfast, which were all of exceptional quality. The dynamic in the room is so friendly and welcoming. Brenda has a way of engaging with all guests and allows them to be brought into conversations. As shy Brits, we felt instantly at home. It was hard to leave!

The place was awesome. Better then a hotel. At the same price. Wonderful owners.

Nothing everything was good

Brenda was very friendly, and the facility was excellent. The room was awesome and huge, and the bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was amazing. Breakfast was really good and enjoyable. This is an exceptionally good value and we had a great time. The location is convenient to Arches National Park (1.5 hours) and Colorado National Monument (30 minutes). This is located in Grand Junction and has excellent dining nearby. I highly recommend this place for your trip to the area!

It has a very pleasant environment. Everything is spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Brenda gave us suggestions on where to eat and places we might enjoy.
