Location was great. Close to restaurants, the mall, downtown, Palisade, and lots of other things! Very convenient. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The room/facilities weren't dirty necessarily, but the room had a smell right when you walked in. The floor definitely needed a deep deep clean and the shower could've had a second look, however the bed was clean. The rooms definitely need to have the air purified due to the cigarette/musty smell.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had booked for two nights and then were invited to stay with friends the second night. The receptionist refunded us for the second night and the process was just really easy and friendly. We realize this is a budget hotel and just to be fair. The swimming pool did look much bigger in the pictures online than it actually was. But it was okay and still worked for us.

I could tell you a little more. Heres some things that a traveller might expect while travelling: Room, breakfast, location. I will assure you that I was enclosed while there. Also, breakfast does occur. Lastly, I undeniably was at a location of sorts.qq

What didn't I like? What could have been better? I am not in a position to say anything negative towards the topic at hand. As stated prior, they exceeded my expectaipns. I was so happy that a hotel upheld the fact that if be in a room, with breakfast, in a location, that extended my stay.

Conveniently located and extremely inexpensive place to stay. Breakfast was decent though very limited. The room was tidy, and the shower was very clean.

The heater was a little bit loud. I couldn’t quite figure out how to operate it most efficiently. Really didn’t detract from the stay.. The whole building smelled like Indian food. Don’t know how.

Easy, as in effortless from check in to departure, there were zero hassles, no hidden fees, no issues , nothing negative occured. That's days it seems like problems come outta nowhere and try to ruin what you have going on. Not here at Super 8 on horizon Dr. I'd recommend this hotel to friends and strangers alike.

The entire staff was extremely nice. This one guy that checked us in took our luggage and climbed up a flight of stairs and brought it right to our room. The room was very clean.

Air conditioner was so noisy that we couldn't use it. Drapes didn't block out the parking lot lights, and they were bright, which I understand for security reasons. But better drapes would help.

Everything, the family really enjoyed the swimming pool. Liked that we had a refrigerator in the room very convenient. Also enjoyed the breakfast it was nice, we all liked it

I didn't find anything wrong with our stay. Everything was fine, the facility was clean easy to get to our room. Nice parking as well

The room was clean and everything we needed was in there. The staff was very friendly. We liked swimming in the pool.

The breakfast could have had a bigger variety of food. It was only sweet food, like waffles, packed donuts, some jelly, toast,...

This hotel was easy to get to off the interstate and checking in was easy. Staff were courteous and very nice to a couple of older travelers. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a good value for the money.

The wifi had a poor signal and kept dropping off-line. Made it hard to do any business online. We could make waffles or have cold cereal or bagels for breakfast. .
