The staff and the pool was great, room was great and had a great view of the mountains. I would stay here again if I am in Grand Junction. It was close to our concert and things we wanted to do.

The breakfast was extra fee. It was good but i thought it was included with the price that we paid for the room and the fee for parking. Overall, it was a great Hilton and the staff had great customer service, this was the first time that I been to Grand Junction

The hotel was clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly except at check in.

Charged $12 per night for parking which was not indicated when booking the room. Staff at checkin (7 -8pm) were not very pleasant when discussing the parking fee..

The bar lounge area was very good. Welcoming and good food. Our waiter Scott in the Bistro 743 was an added bonus.

Overall the Doubletree is a bit shabby, really needs an update. The extra $12 to park your own car 50 feet from the door is really annoying!

We had some issues come up with our room but the staff went above and beyond to make it right. They were excellent.

I had an issue with booking.com and the hotel not getting my reservation number. I'm not sure how that can be fixed, I think it might be on the booking.com site.

The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The staff was all professional and kind. The hotel was clean and well run. They were working on the elevators, and there were postings and information given, so customers were not left in the dark. It is a nice hotel with a restaurant and bar. People were enjoying themselves in a comfortable and nice environment. The hotel is near restaurants, gas stations, and a great part of town with all the amenities. I will stay here again.

On Booking.com it told me it would be 12 dollars a night to park my car. I was never charged a fee (maybe I read it wrong).

Two queens. One had a nice pillow top. The other didn’t. Check in clerk was not friendly. Trail mix was on floor indicating limited vacuuming.

From start to finish, this hotel exceeded my expectations. After staying at disappointing hotel in St. George Utah, this place was awesome. My grandkids enjoyed the cookies we were given at the front desk! We will definitely stay here on our way home.

Both room were not completely clean, 1st the coffee makers was filthy and cookie pieces were left on the ground

Location was great. Room was great. Staff was helpful and courteous. Cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was good but not complimentary.

When I was seated for breakfast I was asked if I was aware that it was not complimentary. I said "yes, that was explained to me when I checked in." I thought "why would I expect breakfast to be complimentary when I had to pay for parking in an open lot, not in a garage?'

Was not expecting the $12 parking fee. Have not seen the refund ($50 was charged for "other" expenses) of the $38 yet.
