Yes the property was nice and pretty decent. Since I was not able to walk up or down the stairs they accommodate me in 1st floor. People from front desk were always nice.

We found after 3-4 days we started staying there that there were cockroaches everywhere. We had to keep everything bagged up and in plastic bags and turn down the temperature to keep them away. Because they hate the cold temps but love the warm and humid weather.

We were so positively surprised by the cleanliness of rooms and facility in general. The lady at the check in counter was super welcoming, and check in was fast and easy. The room itself was clean and looks like it was recently renovated, all the faucets brand new and the water pressure was perfect. Fluffy towels, comfortable bed. Parked right in front of the room.Also, I got to mention breakfast: my husband and I made several cross-country trips and seldom found a nice and filling breakfast included in the price. Here there were some tasty croissant sausage sandwiches (frozen, but there are several microwave ovens in the breakfast room), crispy juice apples, yogurt, pastries, cereal, 2 types of juice, cocoa and coffee. No tea, but we brought our own teabags. Hot water is provided as well. Our AC acted a little during the night, so we called the frontdesk and got a heater. No noise during the night, idk if thats because of the walls or we just didnt have any neighbors. Check out process was also easy and fast. Overall a great value for the price, and i repeat - we stayed in a lot of different motels, but this one gets to our top list. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Well, the AC wasn't working properly as i mentioned, but front desk solved this issue very quickly.

It was a great location and the help was friendly and helpful.

My perception was that they were understaffed. The overall appearance of the place was aging. The sink and tub were not clean when I checked in. There were items left in the drawers from previous clients.

We were comfortable. Staff was very pleasant.

That there was just a 3 foot by 3 foot, fake turf for the dogs to use and I did not see ANY STAFF go out and wash that area.. Plus for what folk are paying to stay at your facility. Your still charging them an $11 a day fee to park on the property. It should be free parking. Just saying.

We did not have the breakfast due to dietary restrictions, but the other guests present seemed satisfied with the selections and quantities. The room was very clean, TV channel selection was great, and after dark, there was no noise.

We did have to visot the office twice in the morning to try and turn in our room keys, as the desk staff were occupied with other business out of the office, but we were super satisfied with their friendliness and service!

Our room was not cleaned very well found clothes from prior guest night stand sticky cigarette ashes in drawer next to bed shower head broken so was spitting water I stayed at this property before very nice just got a bad housekeeper clean this room before we rented it I guess

The size of the room. The location being right off the freeway and the accessibility of nearby munchie posts.

Everything that could be controlled by the staff was great. But our neighbors were a bit loud in the early morning hours. It sucked we didn't have a phone in the room to call down to the office and make a noise complaint. But I did enjoy my stay otherwise.

I pretty much like the property. Clean rooms, free parking, good WiFi, solid breakfast (juice, granola, milk, yogurt, fruit, frozen egg sandwich).That frozen egg sandwich should replace for regular bread and eggs and would amazing.

The only minus is that have arround 70 TV programs, but in reality it worked 2 programs, so it is like without TV.

The upgraded room

We had to exit almost immediately after almost being gassed by the ammonia like stench of dog urine. It was like a gas chamber. Thankfully, reception were very understanding and immediately upgraded us to another very nice and, this time, clean room.

It is great for a first time visit especially going there driving the views are incredible

The location it is far from any attractions like Glenwood caverns which is 90 miles away grand junction does have attractions but they are not adventurous
