The hotel is immaculate and beautifully designed. Everything from the lighting, to the decorative pillows, to the included earplugs and multiple options for the keurig. The virtual concierge was attentive and gave easy to follow directions for check-in and the digital key. The beds were very comfortable, all the little amenities made the experience feel extra posh and truly boutique. We enjoyed learning about the history of the building and walking around Grand Junction's cute downtown with lots of great food options.

The King Suite was a well presented room with excellent features. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette was convenient, though less useful since I was only staying for one night. The bathroom had everything I needed, great shower pressure!

It is a 'digital only' hotel so I didn't see anyone there from arrival to departure. This could be disconcerting for some. I was a little disappointed that the bar was closed when I arrived at 8:45pm on Sunday as the reviews online were good.

Unique boutique hotel. The decor is very cool! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We appreciated the bag of ice and bottles of water. The bed was very comfortable. The outside area with fire pits was nice & relaxing. We had no problem with the contactless check in. The location is within walking distance to downtown area. Would definitely stay here again.

No breakfast included, parking was right next to the hotel. The location was excellent; a few blocks from many good restaurants and such a cute town. The hotel was unique and exceptional; clean, comfortable beds, large room including microwave, mini fridge ….this is a historic hotel that has been upgraded to a first class hotel with all attention to detail

This property was all-around excellent. — bedding, cleanliness, everything about the room was classy! The bar and parlor are nice and have great service! Eric was an excellent bartender! Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and bars. Highly recommend. It’s pretty much self-serve—checkin, checkout. Free parking.

No elevator was a minor issue.

The Melrose was very comfortable with clean well appointed rooms. It is in a completely renovated historic building in the heart of downtown Grand Junction. The Melrose has a beautiful outdoor patio and serves delicious cocktails in their on site bar.

Classy boutique hotel. We liked the simple self check in and the beds were extremely comfortable. Nice location and very walkable.

The parking was a little confusing but they were very responsive and helped us figure it out quickly

The property was beautifully renovated and the location was perfect for us. We also liked that everything was keyless and there is no front desk to check in/ out.

We did not get to see or experience any paranormal activity. :(

Customer service superb and delightful

Beautiful but given the historical nature of the architecture and many demands of modern conveniences it was a bit “tight “ I.e. no closet or table by right side of bed to put a coffee cup.

You don’t meet any staff everything done over the phone, parking is paid on the street
