the rooms have been re done with nice floors and bedding, the staff was super nice. This hotel is cheaper then others so I wasn't too concerned at the small breakfast options (still had waffles though!) and a little problem with the toilet.

I hesitate to say this but it might be a big deal to some people, there was only one bar of soap for the sink and the shower. I think the owners might be kind of new, so if they could just give two bars that'd be great!

Room was great same with the shower! Hot water right away makes it even better. staff is always great to us. Didn't have breakfast this time but normally it's good.

Side door to the right of building does not lock anymore no key needed. Not a big deal to me but can be for others. Also broken window at the bottom of the steps same side. Stairs need to be cleaned

Nothing fancy, but clean and good quality for the price. The facilities are very Spartan, but that's what you're paying for. A big plus from me for not having carpeted floors. My asthma appreciated that.

The options for Breakfast were a little weak. Fresh fruit and protein is what I usually look for. The fruit selection was 2 bananas and the protein selection was yogurt.

No carpet, so all floors are cleaned with bleach daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff saw I was quite burdened with suitcase, backpack, several bags of recent purchases, and my dinner. She offered help. She offered to help each time when I arrived hands full of purchases. The bed was comfy. The temperature control kept me just right. Neither too warm, too cold, and it quickly adjusted the room temperature when I wanted a bit more heat or cooling.

The east door card reader needed adjustment as I had to scan my card numerous times before the door unlocked.

It’s a good value property. Nothing fancy. We needed a place to crash on a road trip. Bed was clean, sheets were decent and not the kind that’s left over from the 1960s you get in motels a lot. Staff was friendly.

No elevator, so if you can’t carry your stuff to the second floor, make sure you ask for a room on the first floor.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

Couple of hairs were left behind in both the sink and the bathtub. other than that the room was clean.

This was a clean and comfortable hotel for a great price. Beds were good, easy access to interstate and downtown Grand Junction. Restaurants nearby. Staff friendly and helpful.

No complaints.

Cheery housekeeping staff. Fresh fruit for breakfast. Great tub. CLEAN ! First floor- yay! no carpets! Super affordable.

Add instant oatmeal as a breakfast option.
