The property appears to be older but well maintained. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The AC worked well, good water temperature and water pressure. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable! We all slept well. The heated pool was nice and warm. The pool area was well maintained with some tables and chairs, and pool towels were accessible in a cabinet. The price was right, especially compared to other hotels in the area.

The breakfast was ok, but left something to be desired. It was luke warm but did the trick. The internet seemed to be a little slow but not a big deal.

It is a good, location very clean . It's an older building, yet very well maintained. Clean, quite, and comfortable. Nice bathroom. The breakfast was good, with some freshly prepared items biscuits and gravy, pancakes, eggs, and an assortment of prepackaged dry oatmeal and hot water, no fruit or yogurt, and limited selection of fruit juices. Otherwise suitable and fine.

The hot breakfast was good though I would appreciate the addition of fresh fruit and yogurt, and more fruit juices. Otherwise it was fine and a good price for a nice room with breakfast included.

Each staff member was VERY nice, especially the lady who makes the breakfast. You get the feeling that maybe they know how to retain staff. Also, our room was CLEAN, no normal inch of dust around the corners. Pillow and bed very comfy, heater worked great, very quiet. When they say breakfast, they mean breakfast, not a few day-old pastries and some green bananas. There were eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy, and much more, yogurt upon request. A very nice surprise because I'm gluten free and usually can't find anything to eat at the free hotel breakfasts.

The bathroom fan in our room (330) sounded like an airplane taking off. Treadmill in workout room was squeaky, as was the vintage elevator, but nothing some earbuds couldn't solve. I also wish the coffee was stronger, but that's a personal preference.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I'd never stayed at a Quality Inn before. My room was clean, airy, quiet and comfortable. The hot breakfast ordered plenty of food options and was kept tidy.

Duvet. I wish American motels/hotels would stop providing duvets. Either one is too hot or one is too cold. Europeans may be use to sweating or freezing in bed, but Americans are not. Please go back to sheets and blankets. It is easier to regulate the warmth. Fat pillows. Frequently lumpy, fat, 5"-6" thick pillows may look good propped up on a made bed, but they are murder on one's back and neck. At least provide thinner, unlumpy pillow options.

The night staff, Crystal, was excellent! She assisted me with where to park in proximity to my room as I was a very late arrival and brought a luggage rack to the door so I wouldn't have to walk to the front and back to my car to unload, very nice of her and a very pleasant attitude and demeanor! She is a credit to the company and is the main reason I will recommend the hotel to others traveling in that area. Please give her my thanks for being the person she is.

The staff was amazing. I unknowingly dropped my wallet in the parking lot. We had checked out and were well on our way down the road when I received a call letting me know I had left it. Naturally, this was unsettling news, but they said they would put it away in their safe and keep it for me until I returned a few days later. We did go back a few days later and were able to get my wallet from the front desk. I was so grateful to these wonderful people for their honesty and how they took care of me even in this way too. Our room was so nice and the breakfast was great too. I am so pleased with the value we received from this hotel and at this location. We so appreciate everything about our experience and from the good people at this location. :)

Breakfast offered was good however it would be helpful to have some healthy options such as fruits and plain yogurts

The door to the parking lot in the hallway on the first floor needs a quiet close added, from 5am onwards it is slamming every few minutes so you are woken up It would be nice if the pool closure was expressed on the booking site, very disappointing to be surprised find out the pool is closed upon arrival

All the staff were friendly and the facility was immaculate. The room was spotless, cleaning, desk, and breakfast were polite and friendly. The location off I-70 was very convenient. There were restaurants in the immediate area. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The hand sanitizers needed to be filled; otherwise, everything else was good.

Not much negative can be said. Restain the wood in the elevator and fill the hand sanitizers.

Lots of restaurants close by. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but they should put the hours on the gate/doors so people won't give the dining room person a bad time when they stroll in at 8:55 and there is no food left. Having two dining room attendants on duty would help too.

Having two dining room attendants on duty would help too. Having just one is not enough as the plates were piling up, the plates ran out, the milk ran out and there was no juice at breakfast. The attendant was running around like a chicken without a head trying to please everyone.

Hotel was about 20 minutes from the Colorado National Monument so it was easy to get to after a long day of traveling. Room was very clean, big & quiet. I prefer hard flooring to carpet but the carpet seemed to be clean. Didn't notice any stains etc...Staff was very helpful & again I got a great recommendation for dinner. It was the best meal on my entire trip. I don't get to Grand Junction often but this will be the place I stay every time. Didn't stick around for breakfast so I have no idea what it was like.
