We have stayed three times. Location is very convenient. Close to Community Hospital.

First room hadn't been serviced, we were moved. Second room smelled like dirty bodies. Needed air freshener, gross. Some of the bedding is dirty, need to be washed more often. The metal bed frame had the same food crumbs and dirt on it that was there last time we stayed in that room. Also nothing has been done about cigarette smoking by the main entrance. The people that do that are capable of wheeling over to the designated smoking area. It's gross. There are also many barking dogs in this place. Quiet at night, not during the day.

woodsprings is my go to place when I'm in Junction to visit my son. We live the kitchenette set up and bring our food and cookware. room is always clean and staff are so nice and helpful. My son is disabled and they are very accommodating to anything we need. great place good prices

Everyone is always nice here. The staff are great.

This time the bedspread was stained, and the bed frame had food crumbs all over it. Guests were still smoking next to the front door, when smoking areas are provided away from the entrance. There seem to be a lot of street people in a newer hotel.

The staff were so extremely kind and helpful. Everything was so clean and nice. They were extremely accomodating and worked with us to find their extended stay exactly what we needed and Crystal who is the manager went way above and beyond to help us complete our stay. My son and I are both handicapped and they worked with us in that situation as well. We are trying to find a home but so far have just arrived so they made us feel welcome to stay in their extended stay suite for as long as we needed to. I have traveled many miles in my lifetime and this is by far the best experience we have ever had.

The only thing I could think of is that it would have been so nice to have a comfortable soft chair to sit in.

Everything was nice and clean. The staff was helpful and nice.

The only thing I didn't care for were people smoking near the entrance. Staff and guests were choosing not to walk to the provided smoking area. It was gross.

Could have used a few more pillows and another elevator. At times I waited 3/4 minutes for it. That's a long wait for only a four story hotel.

The location is the best, adjacent to Community Hospital. Room was exceptionally clean this time.

People smoking cigarettes right next to the front door going into the office, every time I've stayed there.

The room was clean to the most part , the front desk people were really nice and helpful. The mattress could be a little bit more comfortable but overall it was a good stay.

The only two things that could make this it a little better is the elevator being cleaned a little more often and a coin change machine for the laundry room, had to run all the way to the convenient store while my laundry was in the washer.

View from my 4th floor room was very nice, male clerk at front desk very friendly, close to grocery store, mall and a few restaurants.

no coffee machine unless you bought one from the hotel, no dishes, cutlery, pots to cook with etc. I guess they expect guests to stay awhile and buy their own. But for short stay the cooking facilities were useless. Hallway floors never were cleaned the 7 days I was there.

Everything, been staying here for several weeks never had an issue.

Front desk at the time that I checked out was very unprofessional and seemed in a rush when there was nobody waiting. I didnt get a final receipt and still waiting on it as I checked a day earlier, Jeremy seem like wanted to screw me with the refund.
