The hotel is 15 min away from the airport, and a free shuttle is provided. Just call when you arrived and they will pick you up. It is very convenient. The room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. It is a hotel perfect for a fast and short visit.

If you don't have a car, eating options are only a WAWA or Wafle house within walking distance. Hotel breakfast is ok.

I stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The hotel is very comfortable and family-friendly, making it a perfect choice for us. The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I’d like to give special praise to Hasina, a buffet staff member, who was one of the best employees I’ve encountered. She was always kind, helpful, and her elegant manner with children was exceptional. Overall, it was an excellent experience compared to my previous stays at the same hotel in other cities and states. Highly recommended!

Reception staff was not friendly when I checked in around 7p to 9p on 12/28/24. Check out staff around 8am to 9am on 12/29/24 was not friendly of accomodating. I asked her how much was my charge she did not check online or on the computer screen. She just handed me a print out. Our hotel room was great and clean. Bathroom and shower was clean although there was water tha dripped from the glass sliding door. Housekeeping did not dry the floor well, I would had sled and broken my hip not seeing the water. Staff at the breakfast area was polite and she does constantly check for food and guest needs.

Reception and check out staff need to be more accomodating friendly and polite. They are the 1st impression of the hotel.

The king size bed was so comfortable and the staff was extremely nice. And Hasina the lady that was at the conventional breakfast was the best... very sweet!!!! But everyone was very nice! Good breakfast too..

The area was a little getto but the inside was very nice. The only only real complain was the sofa bed was uncomfortable and I saw 2 roaches in which I killed. The room was clean I just hate seeing bugs but it is Florida...

We went for an event at the Hard Rock driving in from Orlando. The gentleman at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. Hasam I think his name was. 10 minutes from HRH and we had a view of the guitar at night. Very cool. Loved the breakfast included. You just can't beat the service and price. Will def repeat.

Rooms were clean and AC very cool, the hallways were a little warm as well as the elevator, but it did not affect our stay.

Our ac had leaked water on the floor and soaked the carpet they just laid a towel down and left us with a WET SMELLY room and rug. The frt desk lady and gentlemen was not friendly AT ALL. I asked for change for the laundry and said thank you and she just turned and walked awat.. RUDENESS... my mother law don't eat red meat so was looking forward to the ADVERTISED TURKEY option which didn't exist. Only one meat selection sauage no bacon as also PICTURED

One staff member was either new or clueless. Not knowing there was an outage with direct tv, In the am I realized there was no tv signal, but was heading out so did not report it. That evening when I went to the desk to report it the desk clerk said “what do you want me to do”. I responded send someone to fix or change my room. She said she would talk to her senior and let me know. She then called my room to say that it was a nationwide outage. I asked why no one else had complained if the entire hotel was affected, and her response was “thank you”. ??? I googled it and found there was a direct tv outage, but the hotel staff was of no help in understanding what was happening.

The hotel is conveniently located - close to the airport FLL, there is parking. The room is spacious and clean, everything you need is there - a place to work, and a place to make coffee, tea, and a snack. Two large beds, which was overkill for the two of us, but very useful for families with children. The breakfast was delicious, the cafe employee was very polite and nice in offering everyone food that was left at the end of breakfast. There is a terrace outside with seating in the shade. For a short stopover and an overnight stay before departure, this hotel is a good option. Our flight was delayed and after calling the hotel our reservation was not cancelled, we checked in later. In our account, we saw that the hotel had given us the option of late check-out (even though we didn't ask for it since we couldn't take advantage of that offer, but it was nice).

We had a stressful situation when the hotel system blocked two different amounts on the card - they exceeded the expected payment for the hotel. The situation was resolved only after a couple of weeks. We are glad that everything was resolved. There are many beautiful places in Fort Lauderdale, and we would recommend taking a stroll through them without rushing to other places.

Clearly had been remodeled/ brought up to date fairly recently. Clean rooms, comfortable mattress, very well designed bathroom facilities, loved the Dove products! Very pleasant check in, she even told us about the FREE airport shuttle, saving us big $$$ on a ride in the AM. Breakfast had a good standard selection of items and the sweetest, most friendly attendant you could imagine.

Yes, the elevator was slow but we were there on an uncrowded day and we weren’t in a hurry.

The facility is in a good neighborhood, and it is a good location. There are so many shops nearby. Loved breakfast and had many different varieties of food. The rooms were super clean. They cleaned every day even without asking and changed towels and replaced them with fresh towels. All staff are super friendly and helping, and I will give 5 stars to the hard working staffs to keep this place awesome. I loved the fact that there was a free airport shuttle service. That was super awesome. Once you have reached the airport, call them, and someone will pick you up in 10 mins. Pretty close to Fort Lauderdale International Airport, just 10 mins drive.

Nothing much, except there were some bugs inside the room. Also elevator is pretty slow, pools could have been heated, but not an issue if using after 9am.
