The hotel was very clean & modern (everything like new), the staff were exceptionally helpful & pleasant, and the location was perfect for us (we were attending a show at The Hard Rock and could either take the free shuttle or take a 5-min walk).

There weren’t given any instructions /resort info when we checked in or in the room. We were interested in options for food / dining, the shuttle, whether or not the pool was open, etc. I also always prefer to self-park, but that isn’t an option - valet only. Hard to see the entrance to the hotel from the road. Went past it and had to turn around.

Decor was LOVELY, gorgeous bronze fixtures in the bathroom and just generally very modern and stylish. Very well located for the hard rock property opposite and good amount of things within walking distance (7 11, food, etc). Bed was SO comfortable, room was spacious and we went for the guitar view which was a great touch. Didn't use the roof pool but looked pretty special. Staff were nice, especially the girls on the front desk and coffee shop.

Very noisy, they kindly provided earplugs but even so noise from other guests hooting and hollering in the corridor went on all night. I didn't like that despite there being a parking lot, you couldn't self park so you had to pay for the valet but I get that's pretty standard in the US these days. Finally there is a roof bar but it's independently operated, and charged a $25 cover, with no discount for hotel guests which was a shame as it would have been nice to go for one drink.

WOW! What an amazing property along with TOP NOTCH staff. Right across the street from HR, but they offered a limo bus to take us over AND bring us back! Prompt and super friendly valet service. Front desk was very friendly and quick. The room was absolutely perfect with everything we needed and very comfy bed. The room had a small frig, great products in the bathroom with an oversized walk in shower. Oh, and there were also 2 bath robes and slippers! We also checked out the roof top pool, but the restaurant / bar wasn't open yet. Will definitely stay here again!

Water pressure in our shower did not come anywhere near the amazing pressure from the sink.

- Good hotel close to the casino hard rock. Nice and clean room. - The only complaint that I have is the parking when we got there is just valet parking and they don’t get you any information how the parking works there, later at the moment for check out I find out that is 35$ for night for the parking. Not problem to pay just they have to be more clear at the moment of the checking and letting me, so I am no surprise with the bill at check out

Breakfast was simple and great. I liked how it felt like a home away from home. The rooftop restaurant is simply spectacular and is a must for dinner! Shuttle back and forth to the Hard Rock is perfect.

The gym could use some sprucing up. They should have figured out how to fit it in the building instead of being next to it. Also, it doesn't have a lot of options, the workout bench needs fixing or changing (doesn't go all the way down), and there are no towels provided there.

The staff and valet team were so attentive and really nice people. Room was lovely and very clean. Our dinner at G7 was excellent start to finish.

We were on the third floor. There is a nightclub/restaurant on the roof and it was a little noisy, but our sound machine drowned it out. But if you were on the top floor it would disturb your sleep. The staff leaves you ear plugs to use but I would suggest they offer sound machines as well. Or just head up to the club and have fun!

Everyone is very polite and cheerful and willing to help. Special thanks to Amanda from front office she helped me alot with upgrading my room to get a very beautiful view. - Unfortunately some services are not free like Valet parking, they should offer some free parking spots. - They should offer messaging option in this application instead of calling Booking then wait for the response for easier communication.

The view facing towards the Hard Rock Guitar hotel is really cool. The room was perfectly clean and really nice.

Unfortunately we couldn't access the Restaurant/rooftop-bar and pool area at night because of a wedding. Pool was open in the morning but still had the platform for dancing on it in the middle. Also if you are a light sleeper the rooms facing the guitar hotel might be noisy since there is a night Club in it. Compared to All the hotels we stayed in for the last 2 weeks it seems a bit expensive - you can stay at nice clean hotels with pool for less.

Nice hotel with large room with mini fridge. Close the the Seminole Casino area and my visit to a Hard Rock live rock show. A McDonalds just outside. Nice staff in the reception and at the door.

Apart from Seminole Casino, there is almost no shops in the neighbourhood. The price for the breakfast was said to be USD 160!!, so it was lucky that a McDonald was just in front of the entrance.

It was beautiful! The distance to Hard Rock was great. We had an amazing view of the Guitar, we saved a lot of money staying here instead of Hard Rock. It also had a huge shared balcony that's only on the 3rd floor great for entertaining. The decor was beautifully appointed. The staff was very kind and professional. The rooftop pool topped off our stay. I will be going back.
