This was the 3rd time we stayed there on our way from Texas to Georgia and this became almost like a vacation stop. We loved the place for its cost/benefit. Location is very convenient, right by I-10 so you don't lose a lot of time to get to the main highway. We hope we keep coming back in the future.

It takes 30min or so to get to the beach but it is definitely worth it. Also, Maybe it is my impression, but it seems the breakfast got less health than the last time we were there. Butter doesn't have the same quality and there were no fruits at all. Other than that, breakfast is very complete with many different options.

Good price and spacious room. Shower got hot and had good water pressure. Location was right near main highway and only 30 minutes from downtown and beaches. We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel so it was good fit got our travels.

Was not the cleanest. Carpets were dirty in lobby/hallways. Water stain on ceiling and pool looked like it had film floating on service. Hot tub closed and has sign to be removed. The pillows are really small. Breakfast appeared to be microwave bacon, powder scrambled eggs, and biscuits with gravy. Beware the Ruby Tuesday across the street!! Do not eat there 🤮

We like the communication between the front desk & us about arriving earlier than expected. The receptionist was so kind & accommodating. Our room was ready asap. Carmin our room attendant was super nice! Everyone was very pleasant. the breakfast was nice & I especially Like the coffee was available 24hrs & fresh! Everything was easy assessable. oh yes, I like how the bathroom door closed so silently, & that was special when you have to get up in the middle of the night, don't have to worry about waking up your spouse.

There was one little thing i didn't like. It took the water the longest to get hot. But it didn't cause a problem.

Breakfast was good. Staff polite and accommodating. Free WiFi? Not so good. Poor signal. Prior stay, upper floor, opposite side of building, no problems. Happy all exterior exit doors working (prior visit, Wilde lake entry door not operational via pass key).

Some food debris found on floor around desk in room. Toilet paper not replenished with new roll (sanitary purposes).

The staff were very kind and accommodating. Above and beyond what is required of them. The location is far enough from the city to be affordable, yet convenient enough we could still easily go to the beach every day with no issue!

The location is out of the city so it can feel a little intimidating as there is not a lot of things close by, but we spent a week here and it was nice and quiet and we have no issues whatsoever.

The property was clean Family oriented, breakfast was excellent, good choices to choose from, it had a great family atmosphere. I was so impressed by how friendly the staff were and how my grandchildren enjoyed their visit to the pool and had a fantastic time just enjoying the view of the room . If I ever travel again I will always remember the memories that I have had with the family here at this place. It’s highly recommend. To all my family and friends. Yulanda Stonewall

Everything was fine

We had stopped there on our way to Atlanta, had a great time, and decided to stop again on our way back. We loved the location, by I-10 and less than 30min from Pensacola Beach. It was the most affordable 3-star option we could find. Breakfast was great, the staff was very nice and we felt safe in the property. We could not use the indoor pool, but it seemed nice and clean.

Unfortunately, I didn't like the smell of mold inside our room this time. We didn't complain because it was late at night, but the bedroom we had stayed in two months ago smelled way better than this one. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff and breakfast were great! This hotel was 6 minutes from where our friends live. Shopping and places to eat were really close. Drive to the beach was easy. Parking lot well lit. We felt very safe coming in and out at night.

Whatever was used to clean our room had a very strange smell to it. It go into our clothes even though we left our clothes in zipped up suitcases. No where else in the hotel smelled like that and our room and hotel were clean but that smell. Our bed was ok but not as comfy as most hotels. No safe in the room. No brochure station.

Atmosphere

I paid a $200 CASH deposit because I was considered a local and used my debit card to pay the room for a Vocal coach who came from Atlanta. My chorus was paying for her room as part of her fee. I was totally unprepared for that. For that reason, I will NOT be using any Country Inn and Suites in the future.. I might add that the last 3 times away from home, I used Country Inn facilities. The staff was very nice and tried to get that deposit reduced, but the manager said no.

It’s always a pleasure staying here. We book here every time we visit Pensacola. The price is reasonable. Its location close to lots of restaurants and stores and minutes from the beach. We never have issues with the cleanliness of our room or the facilities. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The breakfast is good, many choices and I like that it’s available until 10am on the weekends for our late sleepers. Overall, another great experience. We look forwarding to our stay here next time.
