Very comfortable and clean. The rooms are very nice.

I paid for the breakfast up front with my reservation through booking.com. When I checked in, I mentioned this fact. The lady checking us in told me the Marriott does not offer complimentary breakfast. I told her I paid extra for it and she again told me the Marriott doesn't offer breakfast in the reservation price. I pulled up a copy of my booking.com reservation and showed it to her and I was told this must be something booking.com offers not the Marriot. In the end, we received the breakfast but the experience was not pleasant. Later that evening, I went direct to the Marriott website and discovered the breakfast is in fact included in a package as an option. I think the folks that check customers in need more training at this particular Courtyard.

I liked how comfortable the overall atmosphere of the room was. I liked the sofa, the bed, and the huge window in the room. Maintenance guy was super sweet to both me and my family. Wish everyone was like him. The tv in the lobby and the other amenities like the bar area.

Shower had hair in it. Sofa had hair on it. One of the staff members was a little rude at the front desk. Rooms are small for the rate and there’s no sink besides the one in the bathroom. The shower doesn’t slide close so there’s a cool breeze on your backside until you turn the air down in the room. Whoever designed that shower could’ve done a better job. Breakfast cost despite that high prices. Hubby didn’t care for the smell in the room, towels, and bedsheets. I didn’t smell it but I’m thinking it may be from the disinfectants they use.

The staff was more than accommodating with some issues we had that were nothing to do with the hotel but they helped us anyway.

I didn’t like the person who accused me of smoking in my room when clearly we didn’t. Manager came up and confirmed we didn’t. We do smoke so our clothes and things smelled like it, but we did not smoke in our room, we don’t even smoke in our home. Just because we smell like it doesn’t mean a thing. She could have cost us a fortune.

The hotel was close to the interstate which offered easy access to and from town. The beds were amazing and the staff was very kind and treated us like family. We enjoyed our stay during the Blue Angels Homecoming Tour.

We didn't spend much time in the room, so everything was fine for us. We have no complaints about our stay. Everything was nice, clean and everyone was friendly.

The hotel was one of the quietest I have ever stayed at. I like that the lobby had private areas to sit as well as the seating outside with the fire pit. Every thing was clean and updated.

The only reason I did not rate this hotel as excellent was because during our 3 day stay, no cleaning staff checked our room. We were never offered or received clean towels or had the garbage emptied. Nothing.

Armani was super kind and tried to make up for the higher price by upgrading us to a suite so overall we felt she went over and above to make things right... the facilities were clean and what you would expect for a Marriott and in a great location for traveling families. We will definitely stay there again.

Upset that other people were getting the same room for $135 when we were paying 180 but other than that not sure what we can say we like the facility Armani had told us to call and that she can get us a better rate on our way back as we had stayed there going to Florida when I called they did not offer us anything except for $179 when we arrived Armani was renting a room to another person for 135 not sure who we spoke to earlier in the day but was disappointed.

IT was in a great location traveling to Tampa. It was the 1/2 way point and very convenient location. The traffic is a little heavy in the rush hours so it was not as easy to grab a coffee and hop right on the interstate. But overall I would stay again. I felt safe and it was well maintained.

It was very nice stay, very quite. When ever we needed something, like clean towels, TP, it was given to us!!

Rooms look bigger in the app, but reality is not a good friend!! We ask for house keeping to change the bed sheets , and wasnt done, when we was told no problem!!

the facilities were very nice and my stay was very comfortable.

While I was checking in I had issues with my card and was unable to make my transaction successfully. while looking into the issue on my phone I questioned the charge that was attempted and after receiving that information, I stepped outside to get everything in order so that I could make the transaction successfully. when I came back in, the person checking me in began speaking and implying that my card issues were related to a lack of funds. the issues with the declined card was embarrassing enough and issue was made worse by the clerk bringing that matter up in front of other guests. this experience left a slight stain on an otherwise very pleasant stay

Everything was on point! Staff was friendly & helpful, location was great, rooms were clean & comfortable.

The ONLY dislike I had there was a lot of trash outside on the ground in the lot, blowing around. It didn't appear that they regularly clean the outside property daily as I seen the same trash sitting outside for 3 days, food containers, beer bottles, cans, etc.
