Staff was wonderful and helpful. Pictures are not up to date, the hotel was recently renovated and painted and looks great! The room was spacious, we brought our 2 dogs and had space to set up their cages and still utilize the room efficiently. Pet friendly, had a partially fenced in back yard with potty bags. Very close to restaurants, shopping, and a half hour drive to Pensacola Beach!

Pool was not heated but was great for the 80°+ days! There are homeless individuals that camped on the other side of the bushes in the parking lot and leave trash behind. We were displaced during hurricane Milton and were disappointed to discover they did not waive pet fees for trying to get out of the way of the hurricane.

Quick and easy check in. Facility and room were very clean and smelled lovely. Room cooled off quickly. Even with a large wedding party in the building, it was quiet. Apartment sized fridge with a freezer that worked great. It is right off I-10. Beds were comfortable. It is utilitarian and the room rate reflects that. It's safe and clean.

The swimming pool is in the front right off of the parking lot.

The room was spacious and the hotel was clean! We were aware that breakfast was not included, but it had easy access to the interstate and was very affordable.

The shower was pretty horrible. We drove 7 hours and were looking for a hot shower and a good night of rest. We didn’t expect frills, but that shower had absolutely no pressure! The water trickled out in a slow stream! Very disappointing

Breakfast isn't included however food is right down the street but you have a coffee maker in the room to get you started! The location is ideal away from all the vacation hype. Great place to rest and recharge safe to bring your family! It's definitely first place I'm looking for when going to Pensacola!

The location was great. Although I thought there to be a breakfast, there wasn't any. Not sure why.

The pool needs TLC. The skimmers aren't filtering the pollen & flies, so you swim while pushing the floating stuff out of your way. The outdoor furniture needs TLC too. BUT .. that didn't stop us from using the pool & enjoying it.

The location was great! The room (123) was one of the cleanest I've ever been in with my husky. The staff at check-in and check-out was super! The cleaning staff was awesome as well! I couldn't brag on this hotel any more than I have. Oh yeah, I really appreciate how the room we were in was literally pet friendly. Kudos!

We didn't like having to leave. This was the first place where Otto (husky) stayed on the bed both nights and loved every moment of being in the room.

Very pleasant facility, nice amenities, loved the bed, place was kept up and clean, very helpful staff, pool was refreshing, animals allowed and handled correctly, extra towels and pillows were easily obtained. great stay.

location created a serious issue to pull out in usually heavy traffic onto Pine Forest Rd. if travelling south.

It lived up to Tom Odette's description! Loved the room and the location! Only 7 minutes from our venue that we attended. I highly recommend it! CLEAN, like that 'New Car Smell'! Staff was outstanding! We love you guys and will be back in June!

I loved that the room was huge and spacious. Very comfortable. The location was spot on and close to the highway. I loved that it did not have a nasty smell.

I did not like that the shower curtain had mold on it. Nor that the shower tube was broken. The tube had a cracking sound and the water was not leaving and just stayed stuck.

The staff was unbelievable very friendly one of the ladies at the front desk we were talking when she came out and she heard that I had plenty of dog food for my pup but it didn’t bring much for me. She went back in and came back couple minutes ago and had to be a $5 bill on believable.
