Guest service providers, accommodating and presentable breakfast, reasonably room accommodations, television in room, customer support/service is absolutely exceptional and patient/responsible. The Veterans discounts/executive treatment for comforting genuine respect. As well as the family oriented experiences/interactions with all staff. Phenomenal and great prices for extending reservations.

There could be a larger variety of breakfast options/healthier foods in consideration for health oriented individuals. Or dietary restrictions.

We arrived later than expected but the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I especially liked that the rooms had hard-surface flooring rather than carpeting! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast wasn't very fancy but that was fine. The lady who checked us out in the morning was just as cheerfully friendly as the attendant the night before. Overall a successful experience!

This isn't a 5-star location, but we didn't expect it to be. It was clean and comfortable.

I love how the front desk helps you in any way they can. Eric is super nice and friendly he will go out of his way to accommodate your needs. The hotel is under staffed.... But they are trying there best!!!

I have been staying here every week for three months Any time I have a problem or issue Eric always fixes it.

Rooms were clean and up to par. I enjoyed the atmosphere and all of the staff have been more than great. We will be staying here whenever we travel.

The breakfast hours kind of threw me off but other than that everything for the most part was up to expectation. Clean and friendly staff all around.

Accommodations were as expected, clean room, bed and towel. Location great for our visit to see friends. Breakfast was very nice and fresh. Staff was accommondating and friendly.

The air conditioner needed a little work, cooled fine but a little noisey. Children running and talking in the hall till after 3 am. I realize there is nothing you can do for that. Where were the parents?

Aside from one instance where my key didn't work I had no complaints no issues with rooms neighbors or other. I booked and paid for 3 days but only stayed for two due to business having been concluded at job sites earlier than expected I checked out on Sunday afternoon rather than Monday morning

I loved the location which was easy access to the interstate. The breakfast could've been better but it was OK. The front desk staff who checked us in never stated what time breakfast was but it was stated to the people in front of us! That was rude.. But the overall stay was good.

Staying on the traffic side of the hotel is horrible Because when you are trying to sleep all you hear is the traffic from I 75
