Safe, clean well monitored, rooms super clean. Front desk Alissa was excellent and Kobe were very professional and customer friendly. Norma in the breakfast area was a treasure. The service was superior. Carpets were fresh and very clean Well stocked refreshment area, and it was full of wonderful drinks, and food treats. Parking was exceptional , well marked, it had a number of Handicap Parking Places, and is safely lighted and within a protected area. They even had an outside pinic area with electric grill. The supersize kitchen & appliances were in each room was first class and family friendly. The beds and linens were of the best quality, and the furniture was comfortable. This is in my opinion rates up there with a 5 Star Hotel for its service and comfort. A great family experience. Well done to all.

Nothing, the best ever!!

Breakfast selection was very good and the area was restocked well while guests used the products. The lady(s) taking care of the breakfast area were excellent!! The hotel location was great for the activities we were attending plus, it was across the street from a nice grocery for stocking our frig.

The bed, a king size, was in need of being replaced, it was not comfortable no matter where I slept on it.

Room Was Very Nice and Clean. Water Pressure in the Shower Was the Best I Have Ever Experienced!!! The King Size Bed Was Very Soft and Comfortable!!! The Tv and Appliances were Very Nice and Up to Date! Even had a Dishwasher, which surprised me!

The Mattress on the Pull Out Sofa Needs to be replaced Immediately and maybe Inspected more Often!! It was Torn And Severely Stained!! My kids were even afraid to sleep on it. I found the Sliding Glass (Walk In Size) window Unlocked after we had gotten Checked in. Thankfully I thought to check it before we went to Sleep!

One front desk staff told us they wouldn’t take payment since we booked thru booking.com but after calling Marriott Inc directly it all was taken care of then smooth sailing

No full length mirror! Poor soundproofing, hear too much hall traffic. The hide a bed sofa sleeper was the worst mattress I have ever laid on!!

The facility was clean and room was nice. My rating is based on the service provided by the new GM - Ben. He was very accommodating and personable. There was a water main issue and he was there around the clock making sure we were taken care of. Great Job. Ben.

The facility could use a paint job

Everything was excellent, breakfast was ok, love the oj. Being from Australia, would had like fresh milk in the fridge all the time, thats just me though.

The 2 nights we check in, the women was very rude on both checkins, even my boss said it to me. Its not hard to be friendly, all other staff where friendly and nice

My stay far exceeded my expectations, in all aspects. Two employees, Ms. Takeishya Brown and Ms. Lamesha Johnson, were execeptional. Both were courteous, knowledgeable and professional, not only to me, but to others guests, while I observed their interaction. A great team!!

There was nothing to dislike. I'll be back.

Easy to get in and out of and right off of 75. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Brook helped us out with a question we had.

My first time with TownPlace was a pleasant surprise. The room was superb and would have been so if I had stayed a week or more. I will look for others in future travels. The bed was awesome, full kitchen facilities, comfy couch and desk.
