Friendly, efficient, and helpful staff. Comfortable, well equipped, and spacious rooms. Decor was a little tired, but everything worked well. Comfortable beds with soft linen. Lots of bathroom towels and Dove brand toiletries. Rooms were made up every day which we weren't expecting so that was a bonus. Beach towels provided for the nice pool and hot tub and a lovely Tiki bar with some good quality snacks and lunches. A few children's games were provided. The breakfast was good value with plenty of choices. First class location. Two good restaurants - Sharkeys and Skippers - a few minutes walk away. A short walk to an excellent Dive school. A peaceful area with very little traffic noise. We enjoyed our stay.

No balconies and the rooms were a little tired but that's all.

Great place .... right on the Marina. Plenty of food options and bars available and close by. 2 beautiful pools (open late too) and pool bar on site and good breakfast (extra charge of not in your package). Nice rooms and I think possibly the most comfortable bed I've had in 15 weeks in the US! They also allowed me to check in early and check out a little later. Boat and snorkelling tours next door. Would definitely go back and recommend.

Internet was a little hit and miss and slow. No microwave in the room.

Location, near many restaurants, centrally located, on canal, store and deep sea fishing next door, beautiful heated pools, great food at onsite restaurant with good prices. We had our 2.5lb yorkie with us and they were dog friendly. The grounds were beautifully landscaped. This is our new happy place when in Key Largo.

At 70 years old, we were put in a 2nd floor room. Hotel has no elevator. We asked to be moved down to 1st floor after one night and they were able to accommodate us with a room by the pool gate.

Breakfast was delicious. Plenty of seating with nice sunny views out to the pool and tiki bar. Nice server at the tiki bar and the calamari there is better than some of the nearby restaurants. Marina view from our room was scenic and we were entertained by the families of iguanas running around. Our room smelled a bit funny upon check-in, but we didn’t notice it as much after a few hours. Super-friendly peeps at the reception and cleaning staff. Spacious parking lot too!

Lovely relaxing pool with a pool side bar, and extra towels provided, rooms over looked pool very spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and there are some enjoyable restaurants in walking distance but would recommend booking ahead for these. Lots of water sports around and some bars its on the outskirts on a main road so if you want more than this you will have to drive.

As it was busy some of the drinks in the bar had run out but this did not effect our stay

The gym facility needed work out if 2 treadmills only 1 working..TV not working Suggest another treadmill .. also weights went from 10 lbs to 20 lbs need 15 lbs and/or 17.5 lbs weights too Hand bar into heated pool very shaky felt dangerous needs to be tightened Breakfast good but felt $16 was a bit high Liked the cleanliness of everything Kudos to Harry at front desk excellent! The pool area was vast with a multitude of food/drink options. The rooms were comfortable from the bedding to the bathroom accommodations. The staff was very friendly as well!

We couldn't find the elevators for the second floor. The breakfast was only included if you paid the increased rate, which negates the "free breakfast" option.

We arrived at 11pm when it was dark after our original hotel let us down so when we got up the next morning we were so delighted with the gorgeous surroundings of the hotel. The pool was fantastic & extremely clean & the surrounding area of the hotel was great with the harbour & shark spotting too but only small ones. The breakfast was yummy, plenty of choice also for vegetarians. Staff really helpful & pleasant 😀 Would definitely stay again!

The resort is lovely with two heated pools and a tiki bar/food service. Good restaurants in the immediate area. Walking to docks for fishing and catching charter boats. Beautiful landscape. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The price. It could be a bit more reasonable as the rooms are typical and no type of free breakfast included
