Thank you!! Everything was absolutely wonderful. Our view was beautiful. When you sometimes book online their is always that chance you really don't know what you are walking into when you arrive an I have had that happen when I stayed Myrle Beach. Luckily I did get a refund because pictures online where not what we had when we arrived. Not here I was super excited an impressed with what we had. Of course somethings can be updated in the rooms but Im not that picky I only have to just sleep there. There was nothing that I can say that put a bad taste in my mouth. My family enjoyed their stay an we did stay in the 3 bedroom condo an it was more then enough room. Thank you for having such an amazing place an a very beautiful walk in the mornings.

THE ROOM WAS GREAT! VERY ROOMY FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. IT IS THE FIRST TIME WE HAD EVERYONE TOGETHER. THE VIEW IS GREAT, IT IS CLOSE TO THE YACHT CLUB AND TO MANY RESTAURANTS AND STORES THAT WE LIKE TO VISIT. AND WE WERE GLAD THAT THE MUSIC DID NOT GO TOO LATE IN THE EVENING. THE MUSIC CHOICES WERE VERY ENJOYABLE. KIDS LOVED THE POOL AND SEEING NURSE SHARKS OFF OF THE DOCK ALONG WITH A FEW OTHER SPECIES.

I WAS A LITTLE DISAPOINTED THAT THEY DID NOT CHANGE UP THE BREAKFAST OFFERINGS LIKE THEY USED TO DO IN PREVIOUS YEARS. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT A LITTLE VARIETY WOULD BE NICE.

Lovely position overlooking the dockside. Manatee spotted in the dock two mornings out of three. Big room with adequate facilities and comfortable bed. Some of the electric sockets positively dangerous - exposed or hanging off.The room's balcony turned out to be a walkway open to everyone. Breakfast by the dockside was a nice setting but very limited prepacked stuff and paper/plastic plates and utensils. WiFi very fast when it was working but out of service the first night and staff not bothered. Car parking easy and free on site, if you can find a space. Nice food at Sharkey's next door.

The resort was beautiful and clean, if a little dated. Although that somewhat added to the charm of the place. Cleaning staff was so friendly and helpful. Always had clean towels and replenished toiletries in our room. We chose a room with a full kitchenette with basic essentials. Decent breakfast with juices and coffee, cereal, yogurt, egg & sausage sandwiches, muffins, and oatmeal. Nice restaurant right next to the hotel (good food, but terrible service.) The view of the marina from our room was gorgeous. We had a lot of fun walking along it to see the life within the waters below.

Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating for early check in and late checkout. However, upon check in we asked for recommendations of staffs favorite spots and were told there's no fishing or beaches in the keys, because it's all protected. We were wary of staying there after this, but found plenty of places contrary to her claims.

The location and our room was exactly what it showed online.. I was very happy with the staff as we came to relax and did not get bothered ( in the room) once during our stay. The 2 restaurants we enjoyed, food and drinks 2 different nights.. the food was amazing.. spent a few hrs pool side one day and used the fitness area as well.

There is only 1 thing I didn't prefer, the staff was a bit close to our room when they have to gather supplies or wash laundry. But I didn't mind as it was not very long for the noise they made occasionally.

The staff was very accommodating when we had to change our reservation from two to one night due to problem with our cruise. It was very nice having the water view and the restaurant/bar adjacent to the property. The grounds and exterior are very well maintained considering the location on water. We would definately return and stay at this location. It is great for a family or group traveling in the vicinity.

I think that the room itself could use some upgrading. There was rust in the bathroom and some of the fixtures are showing their age but overall we were pleased with our short stay.

Loved the location- situated right on the marina. We even saw a dolphin and manatee from the hotel! Able to walk to our glass bottom boat tour (which started at the marina). Both restaurants next to the hotel were good. Lovely pool/spa. Comfortable and scenic breakfast area. The free breakfast was just okay - not really healthy or filling - but not terrible. Coffee was fine. Overall, very enjoyable experience!

The only thing that really could have been better was the quality of the breakfast.

The location was great. The staff was very nice and the facility was clean. It was very close to everything we wanted to do.

The kitchen could have used some additional items like bowls and dish towel. A couple of the sliding door covers were off the rails, therfore unusable. Also the master bathroom sink and shower leaked water. However none of these impeded our stay!

Amazing place to stay. Big rooms with all you need: hairdryer, coffee machine, refrigerator, large wardrobe, a lot of space to put your clothes. Big parking lot, pool, gym. Amazing people all around the property. So kind and welcome. In front of hotel you have many scuba diving centers and just a few minutes walk you have grocery store, starbucks, dunkin and so on. I wish we could stay longer! Feels like home.

The refrigerator froze our bananas but the freezer defrost our ice cream haha. But still thats nothing that we actually worried about. Anything else just perfect!

We had a Marina view room on the 4th floor! We enjoyed and took advantage of the onsite options for food "Skippers and the Holiday Inn next door, walking distance" we also liked the fact that we had a Thai Restaurant, Cuban Restaurant "Denny's" both 2 minutes away from the hotel on Overseas Highway "the main two way road you travel on to get to the hotel" both of these eateries were reasonable and the food was excellent! We used our stay as a Recon for our next trip down, we do have a nephew that lives here in Key Largo off of Hammock with his family 5 minutes from the hotel. We drove south 2 hours over the 7 Mile Bridge. Stopped at Marathon Beach, Big Pine, Bahia State Park, Tavenier just to name a few. Next time its all the way down to the end and we will choose to stay at Mariana De Mar again as our hub and drive south. We searched hotel names we saw as we passed them on our way south and found most to be very expensive. Our current price of $250.00 a night at marina Del Mar was within our vacation budget for our stay considering our excursion plans and the Rental Car cost we drove down from Palm Bay where our trip started from. Our search had revealed a $325.00 to as high as $600.00 a night stay for what? There was no Breakfast being served in bed, no butler or maid, no foot or back massages, etc being advertised at these other "hotels" so we were very pleased with our choice... Marina Del Mar may be dated in appearance. This was probably the Shea Shea back in the day when it went up and opened! Rooms was clean, linen clean no stains, bathroom clean, hot & cold water worked, water pressure good, TV Cable was packed with channels, fridge in room held and kept our beer and water cold. Staff was very friendly and attentive... Overall we had a relaxing, kicked back Getaway!

PARKING! We did have to drive around at times to find parking within the same hotel front lot. The parking in the front of the Marina Del Mar is for probably 20 to 25 cars. Once that is packed you have to park in the Holiday Inn parking lot which is right next door, no real biggie however during our stay I do not believe we were near hotel capacity. So we didn't have to park not one time in the Holiday Inn parking lot however that may not be the same if you travel down and stay during their peak times where the hotel is near to or at full capacity.
