Clean rooms and property, quietness of rooms, very good breakfast with hot items, not just a continental breakfast another plus was that it was usually ready before the 6am start time(a big plus for me and my co-workers. Very comfortable bed. Staff's friendliness and willingness to help a guest. Property location near our jobsite and nearby restaurants.

Ice machine not working on second floor, only one elevator(that I know of), water pressure in room 219 was way too low. Very tight parking lot and spaces near ends of property, fine for compact and mid sized vehicles but not pickup trucks.

The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to show us to our room and when I had questions they were very understanding and answered the questions. Loved the balcony too. Beds were very comfortable and the AC did a fantastic job keeping the room very cool. The room was very spacious for myself and 6'5 husband. We had a king size bed with sofa sleeper. The room had a refrigerator, microwave and a "bar sink" in the room. The water in the shower was good and the warm water lasted a long time. Has an alarm clock that you could connect your bloothtooth too, which I thought was neat. They were very welcoming to us and allowed us to park our motorcycle under the front awning by the front door. They even give you a goody bag. Each occupant got to choose 2 items from the goody box, it was a nice little extra. *it rained while there and I loved hearing the rain on the roof.

Only bad thing, you can hear the road noise but there isnt any thing that can be done about that.

The included breakfast options exceeded my expectations with excellent choices from yogurt, good scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, etc. The location was convenient to the highway and the staff was pleasant.

While there is a beach area, it was much smaller than I imagined based on descriptions and photos! However lounge chairs and the ability to catch sunset was nice. But more than one umbrella on a single table around the pool would have been a welcome addition and encouraged me to enjoy it...without the umbrella...the heat was just too miserable!!

Excellent location, well maintained rooms, very clear. Welcoming staff and good breakfasts. Possibility to rent a kayak or a fishing rod, and buy fishing bait directly in the hotel, and a good fishing place just on the beach. A supermarket and some good restaurants in a few minutes away, and good driving times to the Theater of Sea and other attractions nearby. A warm and clean pool. Iguanas and ibises at the territory. USB sockets near the bed.

I asked a receptionist if the water is safe at the beach and she confirmed; so I went swimming and just a few minutes after I exited water, a 6-7 ft long crocodile swam right where I just did. You'd better swim in the pool! :)

The staff are lovely and really helpful! The properly is in a great location, close to local shops and restaurants. The hotel also has a beach, where you can rent kayaks and paddle boards from the front desk. The gym is also great!

It is disappointing in 2025 to see a chain hotel using disposable cutlery, plates and utensils for breakfast. Each cup was wrapped in individual plastic bags and there were no obvious recycling facilities (although we would have preferred to just have reusable plates and cutlery).

Loved that there were so many kids. My ten year old Grandson had someone to play with every day during our stay. Loved the beach and Kayaks. Loved the iguanas even though they aren’t welcome. Beautiful property.

More paddle board and Kayak paddles. Also make guests aware of the dive flags or provide one. We were snorkeling off the beach and got yelled at because we didn’t have a dive flag. And more beach and pool chairs. Also is there a reason the trash cans are so small in the rooms? I don’t even mind emptying my own but there were no additional bags underneath the soiled ones to line the can with. Honestly it’s not just you it’s all hotels.

Service - they have in house texting for help. Clean and Mostly Quiet ( few thumps and noise at night hours). 55" tv. Private beach area. Landscape. Shower & xl soap bottles. Ceiling fan. Ac control on wall. Gr8 Front desk staff (etha i think was name). Frig& m-wave. Slider door to outside. WiFi based on name and room#.

Parking lot tight and limited space for f350. The bed was hard and caused back aches, the toilet felt like 8" off ground- hard on old folks. For me the powdered Eggs at breakfast tasted like wood. High $8 for 8oz beer. The pool was hot. The maintenance area off the parking was cluttered with junk and debris. No inside route to the breakfast area, short trip outside required and locked door, so don't forget your room card.

Location was absolutely ideal - facility was well appointed. There was a small beach and large pool however the number of lounge chairs was very limited. There was a complimentary breakfast that was nicely done with definitely an abundance of proteins, fresh fruit, beverages, cereals, pancakes, and seating arrangements. Staff was very accommodating and were speedy with any/all requests.

The only drawback was the lack of adequate seating around the pool and at the beach. Certainly could have used more lounge chairs.

The hotel is located right on a private beach, which was so nice to sit at and relax by. You couldn't ask for more, the water was warm as a bath. The sunset was amazing and we were visited by two manatees (who were intrigued by us humans!). The swimming pool was great. The room itself was very spacious, and had lots of amenities. The breakfast was really nice and the free coffee/tea provided was an added bonus! It's also located 10-20 minutes from Islamorada, and within 5 minutes of shell world.

On the private beach was a stack of surf/paddle-boards, canoes and peddle-boats. It's such a shame that the hotel charge for these - we would used them if they had been free.

Nice property but you can tell that the rooms were dated. The pool was warm and not so crowded. They had a small beach area with paddle boats and kayaks for guests. Breakfast was do it yourself waffles, premade omelets and breakfast meats. Pastries, fresh fruits, hot and cold cereals, and lots of other things to choose from.

The rooms air conditioner was very loud at times but you get used to it. One of the beds in the room had hairs on the sheets when we pulled back the covers so we used the other one which was clean. The room had a dank smell but you open the sliding glass doors and it airs it out. These issues were not a deal breaker for us because we’ve seen worse.
