Beautiful villa and very spacious . Villa was massive and very clean. Fantastic mezamine bedroom. Beach area was small but beautiful Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back and recommend if Small details are sorted.

Lack of kitchen utensils, eg. 3 cups 3 spoons Only 4 cooking knives in wood block which 2 was chipped and rusty. All blunt No scissors in wood block Rusty toaster. Rusty blender Chopping board flimsy twisted and bent. With a melted hole in centre making it useless. This all made it difficult to prepare food.. In a self catering villa if you are intending to cook. There is a inventory items of what should be in the villa But lots of things are not there , I pointed this out to a staff member so we did not get any charges for things missing. Would be helpful if the staff checked the inventory And put the items in place to make it up to date so All the items on the inventory are there.

We visit a few times a year. We love that there are different size villas to fit your needs. But they’re all furnished and equipped nicely, clean and in good condition. Nice pool and beach area for kayaking, and paddle boarding. BBQ’s are a nice touch and the property is kept clean at all times.

Wish we could’ve used properties amenities earlier without checking into the room. But we were called a few hours earlier than posted check in time, which helped.

Great spacious room, nice private beach, free visit to dolphin farm nearby included, friendly staff. Only stayed for 1 night as a stopover, wish we would have stayed longer to enjoy the beach and kajak

Very minor: Check-in at the dolphin club next to it. Hard to roll luggage over gravel path on the property. Not much nearby which is in walkable distance

very spacious room, super clean, bathroom was large, looked like the room had been recently renovated. everything looked modern and new. beds are comfortable. AC very efficient. the property has a seating area facing west for great sunsets. each building has a barbecue for personal use. property has a gate which adds safety. rates were very reasonable for being Key Largo

We didn’t have breakfast. The villas were amazing! There was a pool that seemed like a private pool for us. There was a beach, lounge chairs, umbrellas and kayaks. It was perfect. My only regret was that we didn’t stay longer.

We could’ve used an extra blanket for the Murphy bed but we were ok without it. We brought our own blankets for the kids.

The room (Dolphin Suite) was very roomy, clean, and new. Had a mini frig., coffee maker, and ice maker.

Only suggestions are to put some silverware in kitchenette drawers for people to use w/take-out food and disposable coffee cups for coffee to enjoy at the pool, beach, or when leaving.

Huge, beautiful vacation house. We were a large group, with a lot of kids, and it was spacious and comfortable for us. The private pool was especially wonderful -- our kids didn't want to get out. We watched the sunset from rocking chairs on the wrap-around porch every night.

The kitchen was a little sticky when we checked in, although the staff came and cleaned it up immediately. It wasn't amazingly stocked for cooking, although we were able to manage fine.

Super spacious, very clean. We had the whole building bc we booked both the villa and the room next to it. It has everything we need including a well-functioning kitchen and washer & dryer. The beach was clean, kayak was fun!! Overall super great experience. All of my family were happy about this place! Plus!! Don’t forget the 20% discount on the dolphin programs next door for hotel guests.

loved the high standard of the suite and the property. we were right out onto the pool deck as we stayed in Conch suite and we loved it. enjoyed the rocking chairs on the veranda where I had my morning coffee. the suite had all the facilities we needed for our stay. we appreciated the parking right by the suite so we didn’t need to carry our luggage far. the dock and chairs on the beach provided a good place to watch the sunset. the property felt very exclusive and loved and cared for by the staff. highly recommend.
