From the moment we arrived we couldn’t believe how serene the property is and how immaculate the grounds are kept. The check in staff welcomed us warmly with a delicious rum punch. Our room and bed were super comfy and private, with the room opening up to a curtained outside space which then opened up to another deck, which led to the pool. The location is great - off the main road, so super quiet, a walk to coffee, snacks and lunch, a short drive from really good food in all directions, and just down the road from the Tavernier cinemas. We loved the touches like muffins and apples delivered to our deck in the morning, wine at cocktail hour and smores in the evening. We’re already planning when we can return!

The location was perfect, peaceful and surrounded by great amenities for the kids to enjoy. When we accidentally left behind my daughter’s bunny, the host contacted us immediately and even offered to meet us halfway, as we were already in Miami. Such kindness! A truly lovely place with equally lovely people. It was a highlight of our three-week holiday!

The staff were excellent and moved us to a beach front location as weather was poor. The location ad facilities if it had been sunny would have been excellent. The pool looked good but it was to cold ( not the hotels issue) to climb in

I left a charger and battery and contacted the hotel but no-one responded. We think coffee was on offer but we were not advised if that was case

The location is fantastic with good facilities. The original room we booked was a little small and at the back of the property so we upgraded to a beachfront property which was much larger and much better.

We loved our stay here especially the little things they do! If I was to offer a little bit feedback I would like a little variation from the morning muffins and apples.

Natasha was exceptional. Prior to our arrival she contacted us to ensure we were safe due to the hurricane and provided recommendations for lunch. Proved very helpful as we were starving. She was also very helpful throughout our stay. We were also provided an extra gift of key lime pie for each of or birthdays that we were celebrating during our stay.

Great location.

tiny room (room# 17) with barely enough room to walk around. Ran out of hot water every shower after just a few minutes. No furniture in the room. This space is not a hotel room. Way over priced for this room. I'm sure the ocean side rooms were worth it. Book direct to ask questions, don't book with booking.com or others.

Absolutely gorgeous property right on the water. The rooms are so nice, many with outside patios. The staff is helpful, friendly, accommodating. Little touches make it so warm and inviting... hotel cat, morning muffins delivered to your room, nightly fire with food to make smores. Kayaks on the property.

My husband and I enjoyed this secluded resort. They served wine and made s'more's! I personally the hammocks, wildlife , and ability to be outdoors at any hour. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable stay! The staff were so kind and helpful when it came to giving suggestions to local attractions. We will be coming to stay again!

Just a recommendation - please provide more trash bins. Since there’s is a high chance of having breakfast/dinner in the room, one trash bin gets full pretty fast

Absolutely everything! A little hidden gem looking out onto the Gulf, so peaceful and had good facilities - pool, private beach, bikes, Kayaks, wine at sunset and a quirky fire pit. Just wished we’d had another night there!
