I really enjoyed my stay! What stood out the most was the originality of the accommodation—it had a unique charm that made it feel special and different from typical places. The location was also a big plus: very peaceful and quiet, which made it easy to relax and disconnect. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and distinctive place to stay.

The only downside was that there were some construction works going on in the area, which was a bit inconvenient at times. On a boat so right on the water! Bay was quiet and sheltered. Off highway by a few block so no traffic noise. Large family room/kitchen. Plenty of air conditioners, one in each room, temp was quite comfortable. WiFi and TV were fine. Out boat had 2 half baths with a shower stall in one, better than the expected single bath for 2 couples. Various aquatic fish events out in the bay. While we didn't, there was plenty of water toys to rent right on site.

It was a boat so bedroom and bath size were expected to be smaller and were. There were newer floating accomodations at the location that had central cooling but they were somewhat smaller than our repurposed boat. Had some issues with hot water in the shower.

We were off to a rocky start with our booking.com reservation not showing up at the Resort:( I could not reach anyone at Booking.com. However, the Resort folks were awesome - they had us stay the first night in a private rental that was gorgeous and just the perfect answer to a long day of travel!

Only wish we had more time - we were there for only overnight and left early in the morning and would have loved being able to sit out on the porch and have coffee -- maybe next time :)

Really enjoyed the cozy room with everything we needed. Loved having coffee in the morning on the little balcony on the water. The motion at night from the boat was just enough to be really enjoyable. Excited they are installing a pool for guests to use!

Noisy neighbors but that was no ones fault. They did quiet down by 10 pm. No complaints at all about the property or amenities. Everything was lovely

We loved the whole house boat concept. Comfortable, clean and well stocked. Loved sitting on the back deck and watching the water and wildlife. Check in with Dallas was great, except booking.com double booked our aqua house. He was able to fix the problem. Property is pretty and well maintained. Free coffee was a plus. Great restaurant's close by. We will definitely be back, maybe next year.

Felt a little scary walking on to the boat, especially with luggage. A grab bar would be helpful. Was a little pricey for us. We're retired and live on a budget. Lots of different fees that really add up.

The room was very clean and I can tell it was probably newly renovated. The staff there were so friendly! Even though we were on a boat we didn’t really feel much rocking which was nice.

The towels and curtains had a funky smell to them to the point we used our own towels for the shower. I also wish we had a blanket and not just a sheet to use since it was chilly at night.

Our houseboat was brand new and beautiful! Perfect location. Quiet, comfortable. All great. But the staff….the staff was so amazing. Every single one of them—including the animals—made us feel like family from the time we checked in. I can’t say enough about the staff! I especially loved Fancy the cat. She made my day every time i saw her.

Cute themed decor (the Everglades one), nice new furnishings and accessories. Loved sitting out front watching the canal. Jessica was very friendly @ check-in.

Not a complaint, just a couple suggestions…consider adding hooks in the bathroom to hang towels to dry. Also, the heavy curtains were nice for privacy and to sleep, but adding sheer panels would allow for light to come in during the day while still maintaining privacy

The location was great. You do not hear any noise at night. The unit that I stayed in was spotless. The beds are very comfortable. The view from your deck over the water is very peaceful. Dallas and his wife are wonderful hoist. Dallas is always there to help you with any needs you may have. I travel a lot throughout Florida and this is one of the best places that I have ever stayed at. I will be staying here when I come back to the Keys. Woody Mange 02-29-2024

The houseboat was comfortable and cosy, and had everything we needed. The beds were SO comfortable and it was very peaceful - we all slept really well. We even saw a huge manatee one day! Shaun and the team were very friendly and helpful too.
