The lady working the front counter was amazing! She is definitely doing what she was meant to do. Her customer service was impeccable! The room was cute and cozy. It was clean and the whole place smelled so good. I love that the pool is 24 hours, that was perfect for my son. It was also very nice. The surroundings make for a peaceful setting as well. We enjoyed sitting by the water and watching the sunset.

Location and the staff was great

Well we booked 4 days through booking com in advance and paid 800 and decided to stay an extra 4 days and was charged 1700 for those days witch is more then double also the matres was urine stained and for those prices I feel that's unexseptable

Location was perfect for visiting the Keys. Property was well maintained. Rooms are definitely outdated but clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Water pressure was great. I enjoyed the friendly resident kitties visiting as stated on their page.

Maybe a loading/unloading luggage parking spot for the hotel. Lugging suitcases etc across resort grounds from extra parking area (sometimes in the rain) can be difficult for guests.

Didn’t have breakfast. Location was great and staff was fabulous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was awesome. The resort as a whole is very outdated and needs a lot of up grades. Appliances were old and looked it but they did work. The one room we were in had two small air conditioners to cool the room which were noisy and ran constantly because the were over worked. If the owners can’t afford to upgrade their property they should consider selling it to someone that can make it what it should be.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent, my husband and I received special attention, we arrived late to check in and they waited for us without bothering, we felt like family, next time we stayed here again, thank you for everything

The only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t make the room, but the attention was so good that I didn’t care about it

room had an adjoining door that the sound came right through and the neighbors were noisy late at night. it would be nice if they had kayaks/paddle boards/bikes for guests to use !!

Nice palm trees. Ac worked well. Pool was nice. No bar. A small one dock boat ramp, with very primitive sand ramp and a place for 1 or 2 boats is not a marina. Owners had their mega yacht and a guide had their boats ties up. Barley any room on dock for any boat. I was afraid to back down ramp in my suv. I was expecting a marina w slips not a 40 foot dock with a ifffy boat ramp. They then charged me 45$ a night to store boat in a storage area. Did not fish, which is why i booked it in the first place. Definetly n ot worth 300 something a night.

Very friendly staff, Beautiful spot to stay. Little piece of Paradise.... Spent our 13th Anniversary here. Peaceful and Quiet with Beautiful Views. Thank you to the whole staff for making our stay perfect!! Will definitely be back for sure.... Jacuzzi was a huge Satisfaction.
