Couch cushions and chair cushions had many stains and it took 3 visits to the office to get linens for the couch bed

I was worried about the ratings driving down. Don’t be . it’s a delightful place. I’m a Karen about hotels. it’s a little bare bones, but truly a lovely place with a lovely staff. perfect location to drive down and see the rest of the keys and close enough to drive back and have a beautiful comfortable stay.

the bathroom wasn’t cleaned that well as there was lots of other peoples hairs

Hurricane Beryl hit Houston Texas where I live. 5 days without power, so food good along with house damaged. Needed to stay in town to clean out the fridge and freezer, as well as, deal with adjusters. Power was still not on after 5 days prior to flying to Miami then drive to the Keys for my buds 65th birthday. I booked Hadley through Booking.com with "no-refund". They don't know the dire situation I was in and without a second question agreed to fully refund my rental fees. Not only that but did it within 24 hours. Those funds will help with replaced groceries and insurance deductibles. We plan on doing this trip at a later time and will repay Hadley with our visit. Thank You Thank You Thank You!!!!! Great value for the money, especially when compared to some other "fancy" places down the street where our friends stayed. Two bedroom suite was HUGE. Probably the largest I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was included as a nice touch (admit though we didn't get to take advantage of it). Had full size fridge to keep our own stuff. Staff was very attentive to our extra towel and sheet needs upon check in.

Little concerned about the facilities. Had nice, newer, good looking laminate wood flooring; but it was vey uneven. Not sure if that is a real concern or not. Toilet paper hanger was half pulled out of the wall. Washing dishes before check out, tried to actuate the nice kitchen sink faucet between stream/spray; guess it got stuck and the water shut off. Could not get it working so I had to bring water from the bathroom sink.

Staff was amazing. Free bike and kayak rentals. Great location.

Paid a lot for a water view room and we had a side room. Two of us could barely fit on the balcony at the same time and couldn't move the chairs because there was no room. There is a door that leads into the room next door, while it's locked, and the bed was covering some of it, still heard everything from next door. Food at breakfast went pretty fast so by the time we go there, about 25 minutes before ending, there was barely anything left.

I liked that the place was well maintained, super clean and lots of space. Also the front desk receptionist a young cuban men employee was extremely attentive, also he spoke Spanish and even offered coffee and goods from the breakfast station for the kids. He was extremely sweet and nice, answered all questions and went beyond to make our stay perfect. The manager was also attentive as well answered all questions and was very helpful too.

I didn’t like that the sliding doors did not lock. I was spectacle as we had young toddlers with us.

Location was good considering there isn't really a center of Islamorada. The room we booked was unavailable so we were fortunate to get an upgrade. I think having a standard room for the money we paid would have been disappointing. Staff on reception were fantastic, especially Thomas, who was very friendly and helpful.

A lot of money for a quiet area. Suites were lovely with sea views, but standard rooms may leave you a little disappointed. Breakfast was quite limited and a safety deposit box in the rooms would be a nice addition. Pool area needs a bit of attention, could do with upgrading chairs and tidying up.

We stayed two nights in the hotel and enjoyed an amazing seaside view from our spacious rooms. The fully functional kitchen was a great convenience, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The hotel's location is ideal.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by noisy neighbors on the upper floor. They were dancing and yelling until 11 PM, which disrupted our peace and quiet. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, but the noise issue did impact our stay.

The view from the sea view room was lovely. The room was comfortable and the front office staff were friendly and helpful. There were bikes, kayaks and paddle boards for use Complementary ice cream was nice.

The shower was woeful, no flow or pressure. Our side of buildings were a little dated and could do with a lick of paint. Bed main room needs replacing as any movement (rolling over) made loud squeezing noises. Price was a little expensive for what it was
