Location was ideal for us. Stay was good. Minor correction of check-in and breakfast instructions are needed l.

Communication could be improved. We arrived late, check-in instructions to the location of the 3 rooms were not given. There are two buildings the second quite far from the first where reception is. > No instructions were given regarding the brekfast, we were a bit lost looking for this location which made us waist about 1 hour until reception opened at 9. > we tried calling all the numbers available with no success. When we spoke to receptionist about this he simply said he didn’t see any calls…

Amazing space - we had a kingsize room opening onto the keys, and it was lovely. The whole area had a really nice atmosphere and everyone staying was really friendly. The room was lovely - a great view and a great shower. A fridge and a microwave and access to BBQs if you wanted them. Also sun beds available and ice. We loved sitting outside our room on the sun chairs and watching the keys and the boats. Quite a few really nice restaurants in very close proximity.

There was no obvious water refill point. No full length mirror, but not always an issue. We had a slight issue with plumbing one day, but it was fixed really quickly and the staff were so helpful in terms of fixing and cleaning after.

Everyone was really nice except new lady that works the desk. She was rude and told a potential guest she was too tired to show them a room that they were looking to book for a week , so I let her look at my room . The place was really clean and all other staff was very helpful and polite. Ronnie does a great job and is always very helpful.

New lady at the desk. I don't remember her name; however, I heard a lot of guest complain about how rude she was to them. I know they were telling the truth because she was rude to me multiple times. I had 5 rooms booked and this was the second time I have stayed there in the past 2 years.

Breakfast was 5-minute walks from that place and was grate. Room was huge and very nice. Beautifull canal view with crabs and small vassals passing by. We had access to town beach but wouldn't have time to go. We were affected by the fire on key largo. we were lucky to get out by other small bridge, but we see the fire helicopter and smoke coming from the brushes by the road. we were lucky that we get out from the keys this time. State of the FLORIDA should think about to do some back up if something like that happen in the future. my wife was planning to change fly from Maimi to Key West.... staff was great, has everything you can need while on our mini vaca. the channel outside our room was very cool and you can fish it if you bring your own gear, tons of fish and big tarpon for sure. if you bring a boat, or rent one, you can park it in front of your room. very cool. last at the end of the day or whenever, you can walk easily to 4 restaurant, bars for food and drink. freebee is a free cab company that travels islamarada, just download the app. hope it helps anyone out, we will be back down next year with our boat, we live in michigan. thanks, bill and kris.

You can actually open the windows which is a nice outlier in nowadays US hotels. The room was spacious and met our expectations. The pool areas were clean and stylish with sunbrellas.

Parking in front of the hotel is parsimonious. The hotel should be explicit about having another extra parking lot on the side, which almost no guest used. The hotel also should tell guests that it actually has a kayak rental at the end of the marina; we learned this from folx in a nearby restaurant.

The view strangely out the back. They’ve put the window looking out onto a car park rather than the nice waterway behind it🤦🏻‍♂️. The room was great, big, clean & a full size fridge freezer is in the room.

Staff weren’t overly helpful, I asked where we go for breakfast, it’s in the middle you can’t miss it. This I took to mean the middle of the building, turns out there are 2 identical buildings with a space between them that contains a bbq 🍖 area & a privately run cafe. So the receptionist’s of in the middle needed more clarification to someone who’s never been there before…….

The staff was friendly & welcoming. The room was a good size and included a small fridge/freezer. The A/C worked great. The view of the creek was nice. The room and bedding were all clean!!

The water pressure was terrible. Took a few minutes to fill a 24 oz bottle of water and forever to take a shower. There is no real restaurant on sight or even in walking distance to eat after 7pm upon our arrival. We ate at the Mar Bar on sight that had very limited dinner food. The chicken finger and fries were horrible. Get the chicken wings instead.

We were in town for a swim meet hosted at Founders Park. The hotel is located just off U.S. 1 as you enter the Key of Islamorada. I was looking for an affordable hotel in the area that had decent reviews and ratings and Creekside Inn did meet all of my basic expectations. The beds were comfortable, the A/C worked very well, and we had a full-size fridge in our room. It was surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to U.S. 1. The bathroom is small, but the water temperature and pressure were good. Amenities were also provided. All rooms offer semi-private outside seating with a view of the canal, which, during our trip included sightings of dolphins, fish, and all kinds of marine life. The front desk employee was very welcoming and knowledgeable and offered recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Free on-site parking is available, and the parking pass allows you and your vehicle free entry into Founders Park, which is a 10-minute drive South.

The property appears to be an original Keys motel and is showing its age. The room key is an actual key and you better not misplace it. It was also emphasized that towels and sheets should not be stained with make-up (or anything else), which is an unusual request at a hotel.

The hotel is on the creek, which is very nice. We came out to have breakfast by the pool or by the creek every day.

I wish they would provide portable bed. The rooms have queen size bed, but it would be nice to have. Let’s say portable that for a third person. Also, it would be nice if they would rent beach, umbrellas, and beach chairs. Besides that everything was great.
