It was next door to Snappers restaurant. Could sit outside our room and hear the music nightly. Nice outdoor bar at Snappers. Also like that the pool was opened 24/7

It is out dated but they are currently remodeling. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The view was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable. Usually plenty of parking. The music from the dining/bar facility could be heard while enjoying the pool. Checking out equipment (fishing poles, pool towels) was easy.

The staff would bump the walls with the food carts while getting it into and out of the elevator-which was right outside the room, the grounds were not kept clean. The pool deck had bird poop and lizard poop all around. The hot tub jets were not working properly. Our room appeared to be the ONLY one with a regular key instead of a key card.

Cannot get in water! Did not like being lied to by the staff. Was supposed to stay two nights and the reservation was messed up. I was told it was no problem and I could stay another night! Camilla told me the room would be about 25 more for staying Saturday plus because we did not book it early. I told her no problem! Then when I checked out she did not give me a receipt. When I asked for one, I found I was charged 150.00 more for the second night, which is ridiculous. I asked to see manager, but there was not one there, She had my credit card number from the night before and charged me anyway! I am more than happy to pay 200.00 or 225.00 but 350.00 for a room, is ridiculous! I will be calling when I arrive home. It was sneaky and deceitful!

Room was nice and breakfast was good. Bed could have been a little more comfortable. Staff was excellent . . Raesha is an amazing young lady and makes you want to come back again.

Being an avid kayaker, I was so disappointed that none of your kayaks were really usable. Seats were broken in all of them. I wanted to take my wife out in the two person kayak only to find that both seats were missing the backs! You can't kayak like that . . Murder on the back! I was told that next door rented kayaks only to find that theirs were all broken too!! Big disappointment for me.

Location to shops and restaurants was great. Great view of the ocean. I like that there were options to use bikes and kayaks even though we didn’t participate. The room we had was spacious. Housekeeping efficient.

Parking availability. The continental breakfast could have been a little better with some other protein options. The pool towels would have been easier if closer to the pool instead of the lobby.

Location. Paul on staff was very friendly and helpful.

Used a temporary room on the first night because another customer had taken our late arrival envelope and used the room/towels/bed. We were discounted $70 but it should have been a full night refund for the inconvenience. If a custome is arriving late it’s probably because of a five hour drive like we had so not ready for such inconvenience. The rooms are tired and in need of decoration. Whoever thought it was a good idea to paint the chrome taps etc black, needs to see how they look now as the paint peels. The shower tap spins beyond the hot position taking you to cold. Tile grout in the bathroom is dirty at floor level, the disabled seat is broken and sits only a foot from the floor. Safe didn’t work, balcony door didn’t lock.

The location was great. The setting was beautiful- on a cove. The pool was nice and conveniently located. The perks of free bike, kayak, canoe, ping pong and cornhole were wonderful! Snappers restaurants and bar is next door and convenient.

The spa needed to be warmer. The facility is undergoing renovation away from where the visitors are housed. Once the renovations are completed, the facility will be top notch. The staff was so very friendly!

Had a great location at far end of building on third floor with water on two sides and great views. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and open patio near room overlooking the harbor, great for stargazing and enjoyment of local music across the harbor, We had a Great Horned Owl perched on a platform outside our window. I was able to find a private spot on the water (no beach) to relax and read in the shade.

Would have loved a bigger window at far end to enjoy ocean view from bed and rest of room. Construction going on under main building, making it hard to locate office, etc. Looked like still fixing hurricane damage. Parking challenging with messy dirt area due to some rain; limited parking under the building. Would have gone kayaking but the equipment didn't look to be in good condition.

Location was stunning with a lovely outlook on the sea and a small harbour area. There was a very good bar and restaurant within 20m, which was exactly as you would picture something in this location to be. The room was huge, had everything we needed, and was clean and comfortable.
