Kayak's and paddle boarding. Quality of sunbeds. Wildlife was varied and right on the doorstep - dolphins, turtles, 3 species of sharks, feisty crabs, all literally viewable from the beach. If you sit quietly in the small cove and stay still, the little fish will actually give you a pedicure that you normally pay! The place is just chilled out and well located for groceries and access to the rest of the keys. Best thing about this place though, was the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is a problem.

Room 12 that we stayed in was well equipped in the kitchen but tired in the bathroom and had fully floating wardrobe doors! Sofa bed was uncomfortable, even for a teenager. Will book 2 double beds next time, Air conditioner worked well but was quite noisy for its size. We stopped using it.

We were in the Keys for a Swim Meet hosted at Ron Levy Aquatic Center in Islamorada. This hotel was only a 10-minute drive from there (Founders Park). The property is very well maintained, adjacent to US-1 but without the traffic noise, and right on the bay with a beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. Check-in and Check-out were quick and easy and all of the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Both the main room (including kitchen/dining area) and the bathroom were ample sized and clean. The beds were true king size with comfortable mattresses. Plenty of parking directly in front of our building. This was definitely NOT your typical "run down, over-priced" property in the Keys. We were pleasantly surprised and would stay here again.

The A/C was a bit noisy, and we just couldn't find the setting to maintain a consistent, ideal temperature for the overnight hours.

We upgraded our original fairly basic studio room and paid a bit more (Lilly on Reception kindly gave us a discount) to move to one of the one bed cabins and it was fantastic. Yards from the sea on a white, palm fringed beach . The resort is a way off the busy Route 1 so there’s no noise pollution. It’s a beautiful little place and I’m almost reluctant to give away my secret! It’s one of the loveliest little places I’ve been to for a long time. The cabin was well equipped and comfy. Car parking is convenient and included. I really hope to come back here soon to meet the lovely Lilly and the wonderful little slice of heaven she manages.

Location in Key Largo was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Calm and relaxing beach area. Free use of kayaks to explore the bay. Breakfast options were limited, but a lot better than expected. The lady serving was pleasant and always had a smile on her face. Seeing dolphins swim very close by the beach area was a fantastic bonus. Restaurants close by, although most will need to be driven to.

Unusable WiFi connection in the room itself, but worked fine when sitting on the porch or around the resort itself.

The resort was lovely and so well managed. The room was spotless, as were the grounds. It's such a beautiful setting! We enjoyed the bikes, paddle boards and kayaks, and the sunsets! We were so impressed with all the staff and how hard they worked to make this a special place to stay. The breakfast each morning at the little "airstream cafe" was a great way to start the day! I was so impressed with all the selections. Bed was VERY COMFY. I was not disappointed here.

Location is perfect! Beautiful grounds with lots to do. Had a lot of fun with the kayaks and paddle boards. Saw so many cool fish off the dock; quite entertaining! Staff was nice and very helpful.

Leaf blower everyday for what seemed like hours. Could use a a few hooks in bathroom and a small light for the kitchen counter. All lighting was so bright! Breakfast was in a cute old Airstream camper but very limited options. It was ok though. Also having some plastic cups etc to take outside would be a good idea.

This duplex bungalow was situated 30m from the sea within a property which had a 2 story hotel room block and a separate lobby reception area. The bungalow had a kitchenette and seating area separate from the double bedroom and En-suite bathroom. Outside was a terrace overlooking the sea. Our accommodation (room 2) was newly decorated and to a good modern standard. It was comfortable, clean and had an upscale feeling. The grounds included car parking, a good size swimming pool, free use of kayaks and bikes and jetties overlooking the sea. For two nights whilst touring the Keys it was a relaxing place to stay.

There are no food/drink facilities on-site but plenty within the local area, accessible by car or bike. Perfect for those who want to self-cater or visit local restaurants/bars.

Awesome location on the water with a sandy beach, plenty of places to seclude ourselves and enjoy the quiet property. Laid back area of the Keys with plenty of food options and easy to get around by car. Unit was a little tight once we had our one large suitcase in there, but it really offered anything we needed for our 3 days. And the airstream breakfast cart was seriously cute and perfect for grabbing a muffin and a fresh cup of hot coffee that we could enjoy there, on the beach, or on our own porch without having to make it ourselves.

The blinds provided privacy for the location of our unit being right by the pool and office, but we wished we could get light through the windows while being private. Also, the 6' wide horizontal blinds in front of the French doors (the only entrance) made it awkward to go in and out without giving everyone a view of our entire room. To be clear, the other units do seem more private in their location than this particular one.

Loved it, such a nice vibe. Great spot with swimming pool and beach on site. Great with young kids as water was shallow. Had kayaks and BBQs on site that you could use, loads of space to chill. Rooms were spacious with fridge and cooking facilities, with ice included. Key lime pie factory was a 3 minute walk and well worth a trip. Islamorada brewery was good, entertainment in the gardens for kids and beer was great. Definitely check it out if you have someone to drive you home.

Loved this place - free kayaks and paddle boards, peaceful and relaxing, rooms were modern and very clean and the two king beds made this place special - I stayed four days in sunny isles and 2 days in key west, and this place was by far my favorite. It was quaint and provided beach towels for the pool and the place is just so beautiful - I will be back for another vacation staying here longer
