The staff was very nice. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the decor of the room and the layout. The resort overall was nice, had just about everything that was needed and the location on the bay with the private beach was great. The resort was also nice and quiet which we enjoyed very much. Love the onsite trailer parking and boat launch.

The bedding. The mattress was very hard and the pillows very stiff. It was very difficult for my wife and I to sleep during our stay. The onsite boat ramp could use some improvement. The concrete section is very short and does not meet the water.

Very relaxed and great to have free use of bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. Plenty to keep our teenage children occupied, whilst feeling totally safe. The hotel has a nice beach and great sunsets, really was a great few days we spent on our way exploring the Keys. If you are feeling active, then using the free bikes available for a ride to the local supermarket is recommended, quiet back roads so minimal traffic. Hotel offers free BBQ's, you just need to bring the food, great for the evening. Our rooms were in the main block but a good size and had all the facilities you need.

We were in the Keys for a Swim Meet hosted at Ron Levy Aquatic Center in Islamorada. This hotel was only a 10-minute drive from there (Founders Park). The property is very well maintained, adjacent to US-1 but without the traffic noise, and right on the bay with a beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. Check-in and Check-out were quick and easy and all of the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Both the main room (including kitchen/dining area) and the bathroom were ample sized and clean. The beds were true king size with comfortable mattresses. Plenty of parking directly in front of our building. This was definitely NOT your typical "run down, over-priced" property in the Keys. We were pleasantly surprised and would stay here again.

The A/C was a bit noisy, and we just couldn't find the setting to maintain a consistent, ideal temperature for the overnight hours.

Kayak's and paddle boarding. Quality of sunbeds. Wildlife was varied and right on the doorstep - dolphins, turtles, 3 species of sharks, feisty crabs, all literally viewable from the beach. If you sit quietly in the small cove and stay still, the little fish will actually give you a pedicure that you normally pay! The place is just chilled out and well located for groceries and access to the rest of the keys. Best thing about this place though, was the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is a problem.

Room 12 that we stayed in was well equipped in the kitchen but tired in the bathroom and had fully floating wardrobe doors! Sofa bed was uncomfortable, even for a teenager. Will book 2 double beds next time, Air conditioner worked well but was quite noisy for its size. We stopped using it.

We upgraded our original fairly basic studio room and paid a bit more (Lilly on Reception kindly gave us a discount) to move to one of the one bed cabins and it was fantastic. Yards from the sea on a white, palm fringed beach . The resort is a way off the busy Route 1 so there’s no noise pollution. It’s a beautiful little place and I’m almost reluctant to give away my secret! It’s one of the loveliest little places I’ve been to for a long time. The cabin was well equipped and comfy. Car parking is convenient and included. I really hope to come back here soon to meet the lovely Lilly and the wonderful little slice of heaven she manages.

Location in Key Largo was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Calm and relaxing beach area. Free use of kayaks to explore the bay. Breakfast options were limited, but a lot better than expected. The lady serving was pleasant and always had a smile on her face. Seeing dolphins swim very close by the beach area was a fantastic bonus. Restaurants close by, although most will need to be driven to.

Unusable WiFi connection in the room itself, but worked fine when sitting on the porch or around the resort itself.

The resort was lovely and so well managed. The room was spotless, as were the grounds. It's such a beautiful setting! We enjoyed the bikes, paddle boards and kayaks, and the sunsets! We were so impressed with all the staff and how hard they worked to make this a special place to stay. The breakfast each morning at the little "airstream cafe" was a great way to start the day! I was so impressed with all the selections. Bed was VERY COMFY. I was not disappointed here.

Loved everything!

Location is perfect! Beautiful grounds with lots to do. Had a lot of fun with the kayaks and paddle boards. Saw so many cool fish off the dock; quite entertaining! Staff was nice and very helpful.

Leaf blower everyday for what seemed like hours. Could use a a few hooks in bathroom and a small light for the kitchen counter. All lighting was so bright! Breakfast was in a cute old Airstream camper but very limited options. It was ok though. Also having some plastic cups etc to take outside would be a good idea.

Had a great stay for one night post our Key West visit. The location is beautiful and access for vehicles is great. We were able to park right in front of our unit, which was really handy. The room was clean and had a large fridge freezer, along with other great facilities. It looked like there were quite a few people staying, but it was very quiet at night. Continental breakfast was good, with the usual coffee, muffins and fruit etc. All the staff were very helpful.

-the ocean and parking lot are in front of your suite. super convenient the -room is super clean and organized -Free kayak to use -The time on Sunday morning is chill, and not that many people -the ocean in front of you is super clean

Notes for traveler: -the building was built around the 1950s -While the environment is natural and mind-soothing, the mosquitoes are aggressive in number. We found at least 5 mosquitoes in the hotel room.
