Great location, clean facilities, the pool and location to the beach were great. Gas station, marina and restaurant steps away. I needed to wash my clothes, and I didn't have money on me, so the office staff fronted the coins until I was able to go to an ATM and repay them. Very accommodating and peaceful resort with plenty of parking.

The TV was a bit of a mess. I kept getting a WiFi logon screen, which had nothing to do with the tv, and had learn how to get rid of the pop-up message so I could get to the actual TV programming. For someone who isn't technical, this will probably get a lot of complaints.

I absolutely loved the stay here and I wish I could have stayed for longer. The studio was enough for me and it would have easily fit another person. It was spotless clean. The staff was SO kind and accommodating. I loved the view from my balcony. There is absolutely nothing I would complain about and I am 100% recommending this place to anyone that wants a peaceful stay in Islamorada.

There is absolutely nothing that comes to mind. The sea water isn't great for swimming, but I think that is something to be expected in that area. It's easy to drive to a beach nearby, if that is what you are looking for.

The pool was wonderful, clean and warm! Beautiful view. The Staff was more than accommodating especially Steve who showed us around when we got there to Q in the office, she met us with the biggest smile every time we walked in or walked by the office, she gave us great suggestions on where to go from Cuban coffee to food. The kitchen in the room had everything needed and we had 2 bathrooms!!! Made it so nice to get ready to go out!

The pillow could have been a little less thick, need some softer ones, and the tv in living room part was older and did not even have full picture on the screen and no apps on that one. The bedroom one did but had to watch at an angle as it was not on dresser in front of of bed it was on the side one.

The property was gorgeous Ms well maintained. From the room to the pool area and the private beach. It was a picturesque location and also a little more secluded which I appreciated on this family getaway. 😎❤️🏝️

It would be awesome if they had a 24 hour lobby with check-in/out available anytime. We barely made it to check in cuz of the traffic we got stuck in on the way down. Also, the office didn’t open until 8 am so you couldn’t get hot coffee before then unless you brought everything you needed to make it with you in your room.

Caloosa was better than we expected! The resort and room were pristine. The quiet location on the beach and pool was perfect. We spoke with Max at Caloosa after making our reservation, then prior to arrival. She was GREAT! In fact, I was looking forward to meeting her in person when I arrived. She is a real asset to the resort 😊 Q was very pleasant and helpful also. We were greeted and welcomed on arrival as well by a manager 👍

The resort is very private, peaceful and quiet. Lovely views of sunrise and sunset. Rooms and property provide all that you need for a comfortable stay. The pool and deck were really nice. The staff was super. They were nice, friendly and helpful.

The room AC was a bit loud. Staff helped us adjust it better. Umbrella tables at the pool were claimed with towels by guests every day by sunrise.

- spaceous room with kitchen and 2 rooms - very good pool with lots of toys for kids - ocean access and view - proximity to places of interest - private parking nearby - 2 clean and tidy bathrooms w showers

- Sofa is not very comfortable to sleep - AC unit far from the main bed (separated by semi-wall) so kids sleeping in small room near AC either need to freeze or parents will be hot

Awesome little resort. Perfect location to get almost anywhere in the Keys.

I wish they had housekeeping perhaps every two or three days rather than just at the end of your stay.

This is our second time staying here. We like the spacious rooms and the well kept grounds. It is also a fantastic central location for exploring the keys.

The WiFi was not great. The pool area was under construction so there were the sounds of chainsaws most of the day. This would have been nice to know in advance. Bring your own hand soap and regular bar soap because only body wash and one flimsy bar of soap is provided.

We liked the location and the room was very modern and clean. Each room has a view of the pool. The pool was very warm and open until midnight, which was great. We had 2 excellent meals at Habanos, which is right in front of Caloosa Cove, and we liked that they have a convenience store on property.

We had to switch rooms our last day due to a staffing issue, which was a little annoying, but they made it pretty seamless. The kitchen faucet in the first room only trickled out so we just bought paper plates so we didnt have to wash dishes. Also, the bed in the first room was very hard and it had a window air conditioner that was very loud and kept turning on and off all night, so we did not sleep well. The 2nd room had a built in ac unit that just constantly ran and a more comfortable king bed, which made for much better sleep.
