We loved everything. We had a room across the street from the main campus and it was extremely quiet there and the outside area was well appointed with lounges, tables, umbrellas and hammocks. We bordered on a canal and 4 manatees decided to spend much of their time in the canal due to the cold weather. We also loved that there was a pub/cafe in the main complex and it had good food (and we are fussy). Best salt-caramel cheesecake imaginable.

Didn't like the way the female bar tenders at the bar dressed; very skimpy and way way too tight and somewhat indecent for the job at task.

Everything. The staff are exceptional. Any issue that arises the staff immediately handles and resolves. The room Had everything you could need including silverware, dish detergent, coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge. The premises were kept immaculate and staff were always cleaning and managing g the landscape. There’s housekeeping every day Towels and toiletries are in the room either a hairblower. Our room faced the pool And the beautiful beach. There were hammocks and lounge chairs under the trees and close to their beach with a fishing dock. My husband was able to fish and buy bait across the street. I learned kayaking in one for 2 people then I was brave enough to do it by mutating. The water level is not high and the water is safe. I also tried the paddle board. Sutti g worked for me. They gave bikes too. Great expression machine in the lobby if you need a quote kick or pick me up on the house. Big fish if chocolate kisses if you prefer a sugar kick the sell a few items from local folks There are quality restaurants close by and a Publix if you want what you want when you want it lol. There are excursions close by if you care to do that. It’s convenient and it is compact.

With young ones around I didn’t care much that they took Over the pool playing catch football with their parents present and not saying anything. Not enough coveted areas the sane people monopolized the 5 or 6 tiki umbrellas while the rest of us sat in the sun some were not even present but their towels were.

Easy check in with friendly team behind the desk. Given our room key and parking space (free parking) and headed to our room, we had to go up steps with no lift with multiple cases. Room was very spacious, comfy beds, amazing views, microwave but limited other kitchen facilities. Pool was basic but was clean, nice temperature and offered great views. We made use of the free paddle boarding, bikes and kayaking. Food was close by in a separate bar - good choice pf food, well priced and not bad! Only there 2 nights but was great location and would def stay again.

There was building work going on which will offer there own bar which is good. They could do with a shop, but there is one over a busy road - not the cheapest! Not much we didn't like!

Everything was amazing from start to finish. I cannot believe I didn’t stay here sooner. Definitely found where we will be staying on our trips from now on. The porch was my favorite and I loved relaxing on the hammocks. Pool amazing , Office staff amazing, Robin was a gem. House keeping was amazing and attentive everything was so clean and the unit we had was superb . Paddle boards and kayaks are included in the stay although we didn’t get to use rhen this time because we were so busy! The views are stunning and the decor was awesome . Even the staff checking in via text to make sure you are content. Price was a deal. To add there is a convenience store right across the street as well as the Florida boy bar and grill which was amazing as well. So convenient .. thank you for making my son’s birthday one to remember!

Very quaint and very nicely maintained grounds. Although there were plenty of other guests, it never felt crowded. Nice beach areas to sit and pool small but nice. Nice pier for fishing. Fantastic views of sunsets. Liked the balcony although ours was not private. Nice to have assigned parking. Restaurant/bar on property which was convenient but I don't think actually owned by resort. Location in middle of the Keys. Would not hesitate to stay again. Great key lime popsicles for sale in gift shop!

There are not a lot of dining options nearby. You need to drive to Marathon or Islamorada about 20 minutes in either direction. It is close to highway 1 so some road noise. Maybe it wouldn't be as bad in certain locations within resort. We had housekeeping services twice during our stay. They did not seem to replace our towels, water bottles or coffee and had to ask for more toilet paper. Should just be replaced automatically.

We loved the easy access - between two areas so it was nice as we could go north and south for dinner and outings! Islamorada has a lot to do and to eat and drink and partake in. The facilities were clean- we felt safe and we loved the restaurant being right on site! People were friendly/ the staff was amazing! Close to some walking paths and Long Beach Key. The pool was clean and very nice! The beach was really non existent- very small but you could get into the water to snorkel and swim if you’d like. Yoga was awesome!

I felt the room was just a bit small/ I should have looked at the square footage as it was very small for two people over 12 days! It was hard for me to workout in- as there are no facilities to do that! So that was a bummer! I would have appreciated a small gym if only for some weights and mirrors. The sheets were annoying as they were almost too small for the bed. Trash bin(s) so small- had to emptied daily.

We had a very comfortable room, with good vistas towards pool and ocean, as well as towards the eating establishment and road beyond. Very comfortable bed, beautifully decorated room with soft pastel tones, bathroom was good too. There was table and chairs on the covered veranda/ walkway in front of our room, which was nice to have good sea air and vistas. The front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The price was a bit high, but if you factor in the amenities like kayaks and SUP boards, all with good life jackets, etc, the value is a bit better. This was our first trip to the keys, and we are glad we could enjoy a few days there on our stopover in Florida. We chose a great location, roughly midway the length of the keys, so we didn't have to drive so far on limited time, while still finding a relaxing place to stay. The ceiling fan was good for ventilation, cause we don't like using AC.

The windows did open, which was great, however, there were no screens on them, so quickly the mosquitos and tiny no-see-ums were in our room, so we couldn't leave them open. We are not fond of AC, so it would have been nice if we could open the windows for fresh air. There was a decent ceiling fan though. The restaurant/ bar on site is fine if you like loud music, with lots of TV screens showing sports or music videos. The food was typical American style, good for the American palate.

Location on the beach gorgeous. Free bike hire to go to local state park. It was too cold/windy for us to use the pickleball/SUP/kayak but good for others. Staff super friendly. Nice little touches like free coffee/tea in reception. Lovely room and bathroom with little kitchen and lots of space beautifully decorated.

Breakfast was truly awful!! Not much near there and it’s not actually in Islamorada so you have to drive there or to Marathon to eat out or for any attractions if the weather isn’t good enough to just lie by pool. You can’t swim in sea here. The area is very much for boating and fishing.

We stayed in a beautiful 3 BR townhouse. Our family of four had lots of room to spread out and it was a good opportunity to do laundry during our travel through the Keys. The balcony overlooked some trees with a partial view of the canal. This unit was located across the street from the reception, pool, and beach area. We took the kayaks for a quick spin in the morning before check out which was great -- very nice to have that included in the price. There are also bikes available.

Of course it would have been nice to be on the beach side of the road but we booked late and the fam appreciated a larger unit for one night. Apparently, there is another pool on the canal side of the road but it was under renovation.

Lovely little resort with three blocks of apartments on 2 floors. The beach area had hammocks, chairs and recliners which never seemed to get too busy. Also a heated pool, once again never busy. Our apartment was in the block adjacent to check in and the sun swung over in the afternoon…each apartment seems to have a dedicated parking space. There’s a nice bar / restaurant sharing the property. You can also kayak, paddle board and cycle for free. Very relaxed. Reception staff are very nice, especially Anja who was very smiley and chilled..

A little too close to the busy main road . Another 100 yds off the road would have been perfection but it was a minor gripe.
