Stunning resort located in the mid Keys. Lobby a beautiful welcome and rooms nicely deigned, airy and clean. The little lagoon with free paddle boarding and canoeing for the kids was a nice touch.

Downside to this place was that the majority of staff weren't friendly and at times seemed quite rude. The worst customer service we experienced in Miami/The Keys apart from the bellboy team, who were great. Pool also too busy and food options are pricey. Bike hire times were limiting - we fancied an early morning cycle but couldn't, which was a shame.

We stayed for our ten year anniversary. The staff were so nice, especially Karen. Since it was our anniversary, the staff surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne. The lanai room was perfect. Loved having coffee on the lanai and laying out. The adult only pool was steps away and very peaceful. Wonderful views throughout the property!

The rooms could use a little upgrading - like the shower head could have been a bit bigger with stronger pressure. The room could also have used a microwave. There was a fridge but no microwave. Our air conditioner was not up to par; however, that could have been our own fault - worked really well the first night then was just ok the rest of the time until the last night. Kept having to turn it off and on to get it to kick on. It wasn’t too bad, though, as we didn’t even report it.

Amazing amenities. Clean and amazing staff. I believe the manager Courtney? She didn’t realize it but we stopped in for dinner at the tiki restaurant and actually had another room at another hotel but her greeting and helpfulness made me want to get a room there for the last evening in the keys to experience the resort. They actually house some retired dolphins from the navy and you can watch them as they feed in the morning. The Lagos pools and hot tubs were all great and at night they have a massive bonfire pit to relax by while catching the warm sea breezes. Highly recommend!

Nothing it was spot on and definitely worth the money paid.

Stunning resort with excellent, clean facilities and a chilled, island atmosphere. Free transportation really useful to access all the resort has to offer. Enjoyed the fresh seafood at Angler & Ale. Be sure to check out the Dolphin Connection, the trainers are fabulous. And Sole Watersports. Highly recommend the Sunset Sandbar Cruise with pick up from the dock, steps from our loungers at the main pool. Our crew were great pointing out so much wildlife on our trip including a pod of wild dolphins who swam alongside the boat. We enjoyed checking out some of the locally owned cafes/restaurants in Marathon too.

The main pool area is gorgeous and looks particularly inviting in the evening. Would have loved it to be open a little later - beyond sunset. Would be such a hit with families

Room, Breakfast, Amenities in general. The staff was very professional.

The pool was dirty. I stayed for 3 nights, it got dirtier by the day. On Sunday and lady who was just checking in complained that she would leave if the pool wasn't clean up, sham that we left on Sunday! They finally did some work on Friday. The Angler & Ale restaurant, despite having good reviews, is not a nice place to eat. Food is not good.

The location was amazing! The views were stunning! Our condo & the view from our condo at the sunset village was wonderful! Everything was clean & the food & drinks were yummy! The dolphin encounter was so much fun! We were glad to have an option to get family pictures taken. We would return to this resort.

It was pricey but we were able to find a better deal with booking.com. The drinks were very expensive & the food was pricey as well. There is not much communication among the different departments. There are different departments that you have to contact for every little thing. It would be nice if there was more continuity when planning the trip. I would ask a question about how to book a kids activity or make a reservation & I would be directed to a different department & I ended up booking things when other things we wanted to do was going on so had to pick & choose & miss things due to that.

We are returning customers. Georgina at the restaurant was great and we recognized each other from my March visit. She was friendly and polite, as usual. Chef Derek not only prepared delicious food but we were so impressed with his personable visit to the tables, as we ordered breakfast. He believes in great customer service, and it shows. Another great employee you have is Daniel, a young man who drove us in the golf cart and also served as greeter, opening the main lobby doors. What an exceptional young man also. He can engage in conversation with guests, is very personable and has a great head on his shoulders. Omar who was our server at the 66 Prime restaurant for dinner. He was very attentive and always came to the table with a big smile. Loved the property. Beautiful grounds that are well kept!! The two swimming pools and lagoon give you several options for enjoying the water. The staff take pride in caring for the property. All the staff we encountered appeared to really enjoy working there.

We stayed in Unit 5111. Needs a few minor maintenance fixes. Toilet paper holder in 1st floor needs to be secured onto wall. Dining table is well worn, looks dirty.

Overall very nice stay. The property is nice. Landscaping is nice. The hotel could use an overall facelift. Musky room smells, doors difficult to open/close. The hotel was convinient and had everything you would need to not leave the resort. Costs of resort items is high however. Example, marketplace popsicles we’re 10.00. The oven fire pizza was good. Overall the music/activities/entertainment they advertised as a part of the resort experience wasn’t really as advertised. More understated and an afterthought once there. The lagoon is small, not like the online pictures, toys are free to check out for lagoon, which was perfect bc kids just paddle out and back and are done and on to other things. There is wildlife in the lagoon. Not much to snorkel for though. Beware of jellyfish, they do not maintain or screen the lagoon feeder so we were stung 3 separate times by jelly’s. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning for an off season stay or cheaper deal. It was not quite worth the nightly rate tbh with all the add ons you buy.

Stung multiple Times by jelly’s and they don’t control the iguanas around the pool and lagoon. They are temperamental invasive species here and many hissed at us, they would block garbage cans and walk ways etc. it wasn’t what we planned to deal w on vacation. Rooms need updated. Musky/moldy smells

Great location, beautiful grounds, had a 2 bedroom villa sleeping 6, used kitchen. Great fishing, not too far from grocery stores, nice base for key west day trip

Onsite restaurants don't open late, hard to find food after 830 or 9. Salt and Ash not open on mondays or tuesdays. Minor things in villa need upgrading, upkeep or repairs

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Grounds and pool kept clean.

Lack of nightlife. There is nothing to really do after 8 pm unless you leave the resort. Should consider bringing in a DJ . Also, It would be nice to have an option of all inclusiveness. Or drink packages . A Swim up bar would be nice with some music.
