We LOVE The Courtyard Marriott in Marathon Keys 🔑 once again, we have been blessed by going down there for our STAYCATION several years 2016! We have to recommend it to anyone who will be able to travel! Your staff is very nice, kindness 😊 and we are Wishing you all the Best of the Best in your life: Carlene Dixon, Yadira. Rico Sauve🤣 (and the others who are at the Blue Wave)Marlon, Housekeeping and the whole Entire staff (we do not remember what the names are)!! 💯 ! Every time we had gone to Courtyard Marriott Marathon Keys, we were treated like Royalty! We are appreciate the opportunity to be there and we will be returning next year!!!

Absolutely 💯 Nothing!

I have visited this hotel several times as a resort pass and staying. The breakfast is very good, the front desk attention is super good, but in the VAR they have changed the staff and the attention is not very good. The other thing is that in the pool there were people who were not renting because they themselves were saying that they enter without being accommodated. They should put handles on the people who are renting so that other people who are not cannot have access. My experience this time regarding this was not the best. I have recommended it to many friends but I think I will not recommend it again.

Loved the pools and fun hang out areas/lounges. Great gym. Great bar and food was excellent. Room was big and clean and the hotel was conveniently located.

The shower water pressure was non-existent so it took forever to shower. Also, they had great cabanas by the one pool that were always empty; there was no signage or ropes so I sat there one morning to drink my coffee. I was the only person at the pool and a woman came out and yelled at me and basically blamed me for trespassing. I could see if there was signs and/or anyone else at the pool but there wasn’t and she was unprofessional in my opinion. I asked if I could sign up/pay for one for the day and she said if I could I would have already known?! That pool and those cabanas stayed empty almost the entire time we were there. To make up for this however the coffee bar/ tiki bar, bartenders and other staff were so great! Very nice, friendly and accommodating.

Nice property; nicely appointed rooms ( we had a king room suite with cool rounded sofa); clean and modern. Easy bar service but drinks little over priced for the limited alcohol used to make them; air condition in the room was sorta noisy wind sound the whole time; no free breakfast. Guest laundry room had three broke washers so that was limited, but when I lost my money in one of the machines not working the from desk readily refunded me.

Air conditioner in room noisy ( windy sounding- subtle but also obvious). Pools and pool areas MUCH smaller than pictures depict.

The property is beautiful and the staff is friendly. I wish there was a real beachfront, but there isn’t. There are hidden fees that I wish I knew about before booking and not after I was changed $340 for extra things that I didn’t know I was going to be charged for. The food is good but very expensive (to be expected somewhat I guess - it is a resort after all, but if you are traveling with a family it gets very pricey). We did enjoy our stay, however.

Hidden fees (parking, resort fee, cleaning fee and whatever else that I don’t remember. Also Booking stated property didn’t allow animals and we left our dog at home to only see a lot of people with their dogs at the hotel

The outdoor areas appeared well maintained. Although I I didn’t get to use them due to my schedule, the resort had 2 pools on the property. You also have access to the yacht club amenities next door.

The older AC unit really struggled to keep the room cool in the humid climate. The room (3rd floor) was really warm when we arrived, I cranked it down to 68-69 to cool it down but it took a while to cool down. The bathroom/shower area appeared to have been remodeled and updated but the water pressure seemed a little low.

Outstanding hotel. Our room was supposed to be on the 'parking side' on the ground floor (which was not described like that on the web site). Fortunately one of the rooms could be upgraded on the sea side at the 2nd floor. We enjoyed a very nice stay in this hotel. The 'lighthouse' restaurant was excellent with an oustanding service (though very expensive...but everything comes at a price)

The room was clean, and maid service did an excellent job for room 330. The pool was clean and temperature perfect for a 95 degree day. We used the infinity pool and loved the view and the poolside service! There are plenty of loungers, umbrellas and many other varriations of seating. The entertainment was lovely and fits the tropics. The Eventide Sunset Celebration takes the cake! We sat down on pier and enjoyed the most beatiful sunset. We will be back next year as we come to the keys twice a year due to we are Floridians and an escape a few hours away is a real treat.

I did not like kids playing football and whizzing ball past our heads. Kids Jumping in pool big splashes over and over not just one time to get in pool. Finally after about an hour they moved on. I guess there is no designation from adult or 18 or child pool.

The entire staff was friendly, and eager to make your stay enjoyable! The poolside food was fantastic and the chef made some creative dishes. The little beach on the property (non swimmable), was a quiet and peaceful place to read and sunbathe. We will hopefully return to the Keys and stay again!

The only thing we weren’t fond of was the AC. It was kind of loud, and blew directly on you when you were sleeping. My husband was able to adjust the vent away from us, which helped.

Loved the property. Location and layout are great. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Shamika who checked us in was amazing! Carline was also awesome and super friendly. Another gentleman, whose name I didn’t get, seemed to be everywhere and was always asking if we needed anything. We would schedule another trip to Florida just to stay here. We only booked two nights because we were headed to Key West. Arrived at hotel in Key West and was very disappointed after our stay in Marathon. Weather was very cool so we couldn’t enjoy the floating ocean cabanas and beach. Definitely will go back!

The only food options are a Starbucks in the lobby, which gets really backed up in the morning, food was great and cooked to order breakfasts with some nice options. The other is the pool bar. We arrived in the evening and wanted to stay in for dinner. A indoor restaurant would have been nice. It was cold and later started to POUR down rain which couldn’t be kept out. Also impossible to eat before food got cold.
