I liked the location by the harbor. We got an upgrade to a room in the back and overall, we liked our room. The restaurant was nice and the size of the room was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

I did not like the shower. There wasn't a lot of hot water and the water pressure was just adequate. It needed a hold held shower head where you can clean all of your body. It would help compensate for the lower pressure and lack of hot water.

Breakfast was as expected. Nothing exceptional, but plenty, and good variety. Pool area clean and well equipped. Room was as large as we've ever had for a regular hotel. Very clean and bed very comfortable.

Breakfast - Only meat for our 2 days was sausage, which was not really appealing. OJ was mostly water. Back door entrance didn't always work, and usually had to park in the back, which was inconvenient.

What I love about Marriott , it’s always reliable and consistent experience . The check in person did a great job getting me a quiet room ! I had to change from king to 2 Qs, but I was totally up for that !

My door was really hard to open— as if door had swelled . I mentioned to staff when I checked out. Hopefully something will be done. If I had to exit immediately — it would be a problem. If I was older it would be hard to push open the door.

The rooms were clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The pools and gym were great!

The only thing we didn’t like were all the dogs at/in the pool. We support animal friendly establishments but not actually swimming in the community pool. This being said that shouldn’t be a reflection of the hotel, but of the dog owners having more of a courtesy to the other guests.

The breakfast is absolutely delicious and so well organized. When we arrived the lady that checked us in was so nice and kind. This hotel was so clean and tropical looking. When we return we will be staying here again. Thanks so very much for making our trip memorable.

Room was clean and the grounds were nice. Nice pool and attached restaurant with dive shop that had actives like kayak, sunset cruises etc.

The breakfast wasn't great. They only had surgery cold cereal selections & the hot selections were a biscuit & a disgusting pre-packaged egg that was disgusting. Also, an advertised perk from booking.com wasn't valid and they gave us 2 free drinks at the pool bar as an apology but the pool bar was never open the week we were there. Booking.com needs to update their page because this promotion was 2 free drinks a day, free parking (which cost us $20/day which was a $100 value & $15/a day to spend at the hotel restaurant and convivence store - a $90 value so minimum cost us an extra $200 than what we anticipated.

They charge for parking but at night it was hard to find parking especially at night when restaurant was busy.A lot of rooms weren’t ready by 3 o’clock. Breakfast wasn’t great. Waffle maker had waffles that weren’t cooked in the middle. Not a lot of good hot choices

The hotel was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It had a very nice breakfast. It was great that coffee was offered all day. It was nice that you had 2 pools you could use. The staff was very nice. It was great to be so close to a restaurant. Sparky Landing was just a short walk and the food and drinks were wonderful.

This is one of my go to places to stay every time I come down to the keys for work or pleasure. The pool, and restaurant next door were great.

The breakfast was just okay, the powder scrambled eggs and sausage were no hit. Would love to see a better hot breakfast, we stayed for 4 days and had repeated menu daily.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly - everyone from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast staff. The room and facilities were clean. Breakfast was a nice variety.

Our faucet had issues - it worked but made a very loud thumping noise - but it wasn't the end of the world. Also the ice machine on our floor didn't work.
